    wow! thank you all for your input! I am in no position to be paying anyone, especially a parking company ANY money I have a lot on my plate and the constant worry of what is coming through the letter box next is doing my head in! I just want it to be over. If I knew what I know now I would have found some way to pay in the first place. If I call them how do I go about negotiating a settlement? I know none of you want me to give up, and I don't want these people to win but I just think for all the months of stress its really not worth it!

    Hi all Havent yet heard from the local court although received a pack of stuff from PE today....this is stressing me out!! I don't think the stress is actually worth making a point! How do I go about finding out from PE if they will settle? all help appreciated! x

    Thanks for all the advice! I feel so supported! Still very scared though! Should I write to PE and ask for evidence or contracts yet or wait til I hear from court?? x

    haven't received any yet. just got a letter from the county court to say to wait til I hear from local court x

    they have now transferred the case to my local court so I guess its too late to try and negotiate with parking eye prats? how do I prepare?! thanks so much everyone x

    Received copy of parking eye response to mediation today...a big fat NO!? I dont care anymore i just dont want to go to court! What on earth can i do? If i ring them will they reject a settlement?

    Hi all so i sent my defence off back in november and yesterday received a letter from the court saying it was going to a small claims track! what do i do! should i call PE and offer a settlement?? Help! x

    I have to send my response now so i'm just gona send what ive got and hope for the best I received the first letter within about 4 days of the alleged breach Wish me luck!!

    Hi all Should I add the last bit: 'I am a patient of the surgery and was calling in to the chemist to seek advice for my partner. After queuing and discussing with the pharmacist I returned to the vehicle to call my partner and speak about the discussion with the pharmacist. I work approximately 0.2miles from the surgery and therefore have no reason to use the car park for any reason other than visiting the surgery or pharmacy. I would usually walk the short distance, however on this occasion called in when passing to join onto the one way system. This is also the reason for not ‘signing in: 1. I do not usually take my car. 2. I was not aware of the new system and was not made aware. I am aware of at least two other individuals who have visited the pharmacy/surgery and also not been advised to sign in. ' or does this mean I have admitted to driving?? Thanks

    @ericsbrother Thanks for your help!! How much of this do i need to include in my letter? Its an awful lot to take in....as i've said i've never done this before. I realise there is a limited number of lines available for use on my online submission so really need an idea of what is most important to use. You are all so clued up! Thanks
