  1. Looks like PE have given up finally and thy have gone past the time limit to proceed with anything !!!!!
  2. After receiving Court summons of which I replied that I will defend, I then received a notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track !!! of which I have replied that I will dispute....In between receiving large pkts of a ridiculous amounts of colour photos of pictures of their signs, the car park itself and maps of car park layout plus how to pay etc... ( to date I have received four packs of these with about 20/25 sheets of A4 colour photos and text )They are just banking on me to give up and just pay up !!! Today I received a Judgement Order from the court that PE have not returned the directions questionnaire nor paid the fee !!!!So, have failed to file before the required date. They are now given a further 7 days to do this or will be automatically struck off !!! Lets see what happens next !!!
  3. I can't prove it but, as I said they were dressed very similar to me... I can confirm there were no Police logos on any of their clothing !!
  4. I have seen a specialist traffic offence solicitor today. In addition to this possibly being an illegal prosecution due to the fact he wasn't in uniform it appears that the Traffic Offence Report was not signed by me and was left blank in the space for 'subjects signature'. So, it looks that this may be another technicality of this offence being thrown out of court or not even reaching court at all !!! Will update once my solicitor has sent and got a reply from the courts.....
  5. I received a court summons from Northampton County Courts for parking for 10 mins in a Marriot Hotel car park.....I ignored every letter and warnings they sent....then got the summons of which i replied 'not guilty', in the hope that they wont pay the fee to take this to court !! Today I received a large envelope from Parking Eye...the covering letter says they wish to proceed with this County Court Claim and goes on to say ' please find attatched the form N180 form ( of which was not inc. ) Along with 11 colour photos of their Parking signs etc. Also, a chance to pay their ridiculous fee and fine !!! I am still confident that this is their last gasp attempt to get me to pay and I don't believe they will stump up the fee to take this to court.........fingers crossed
  6. Hello, your info and knowledge has been very helpful and enlightening. Thank you. Can you recommend a traffic offence solicitor? I live in Bedfordshire so, the closer to me the better. Regards. Shaun
  7. NB; Only one of the officers showed me his warrant card.. The other two policemen just walked around by their vehicle and didn't seem interested in the stop whatsoever.I still can't see how they can prove what speed I was doing without a speed gun or not following me at any length of the road to judge my speed at any accuracy. They actually stopped me in the 30mph limit at the end of the dual carriageway where I was driving within the limit !
  8. The officers that stopped me did not have a common uniform, there were no Police logo's on their clothing. The only thing they all had the same were walkie talkie's. A warrant card & blue lights were the only identifiable means produced. With regards to them claiming to be County Police. The PC issued me with a TOR Report which has the 3 separate Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire logo's. So. it would seem that County Police for these area's do exist. It was without doubt a 2005 Corsa. I am guessing mainly used for drug offences and the like. I will be seeking help from a solicitor soon. Just one question. I am not familiar with appearing at court etc. Can I recoup any fee's and expenses if it doesnt go to court after sending this 'Postal Requisition' ?
  9. It looked like the kind of Corsa you would see a young lad driving .... It had blue flashing lights hidden behind the radiator
  10. The dual carriage way has a central reservation so, therefore the limit is 70mph. There were 3 officers in the car who claimed to be county police who covered Herts, Beds and Bucks !! But, stationed at Stevenage. They were all wearing normal dark clothing and were actually dressed like me !! Which is probably why the first words said to me when he showed me his warrant card was " do you have one of these ? " He thought it was possible that I was a Police officer !!! If indeed, they have no right to stop for a traffic offence . Why has it gone as far as a requisition request and possible summons ???
  11. In February this year I was travelling on a dual carriageway towards Hitchin from Luton my speed was 70mph. I was stopped by an un-marked police car at the end of the dual carrigeway. The plain clothes policeman showed me his warrant card and asked me " if i had one of these ? " .. .He thought that I was a Policeman !! He then asked me what speed I was doing and said don't lie !! I told him and he after checking my vehicle and details etc wrote out a traffic offence report. I carried on my journey thinking nothing will come of this as :- 1, There was no camera evidence being used. 2, At no time was I being closely followed by the police car to compare my speed 3,The policeman is using his expertience as a trained advanced driver that as he accelerated to 125mph !!! That I must have been speeding over 100mph ! At no time was he behind me to judge !! Yet I got a court summons on his hearsay !!! Where do I stand in this ???
