Thank you. Honestly these PCNs went in the bin 15 months ago. I have no idea the final amount, don't really care much either.. Just needed to know if those scumbags can obtain my address in any way at all. To be perfectly honest if it come to anything I would just apply for a Debt Relief Order, but I don't think it will, and honestly I am not wasting any of my precious time worrying about cowboys like this, been there before, woke up in sweats after receiving red inked letters, before I knew how the game is played by them (inflicting fear into people to control them). So, now that we know they can obtain address (although earlier posts said they couldn't) well that's cool.. I'm still unsure if they can or can't .. I'm not worrying here, just wondered was all.

The NTKs are from 16 months ago, I have no intention of paying them. I will look at the link shortly but can't see what good it will do. Thanks.

OK and the DVLA just pass it all on?? Is that legal?!

Insurance companies have every right to pass my details on.... to anyone?? Not what some posts above are saying. Why would the insurance companies give my details away, what would give them the right, that's surly breach of contract.

i don't have the energy to be begging to parking cowboys not to sell my 'invoices' (not debts) to DCAs. The fact is they do so very willingly. I just want to minimise any contact between me and any letters, 'visits; etc.

Yes. Just want to make sure no DCA can obtain address unlawfully (in my opinion).

Well who hasn't had a few debts passed on eh?! And who really wants to give the light of day to any of these scumbags. I accumulated 35+ yellow tickets NTK when parking at my shop premises and they have definitely ben passed on now, not that I care, because in my opinion they should never have been granted access to patrol that car park.

OK that makes sense, so what if I said it wasn't me and I could not prove anyone else weas driving, it would land on me yes? As honestly I do not remeber driving there. What shoula I do now? -

I think the general jist is for me to own up to a speeding offence. I do not remeber this incident though, as in the location and why I would have been there.. 'I' was apparently doign 39 in a 40. I have never had a speeding ticket or one of these in the door. I did get a DD10 (drink and drive) and that was 4 years and 7 months ago so nearly up. Clean license. Should I just sign it and own up or challenge it, I am meant to be leaving the country end of January.. What are my options? Thanks.

Hi.. This is a business issie. I have been refusing to pay the sum British Gas have asked for as it was not reflective of what I have used and they had me on a non contract basis.. I used U SWITCH to switch supplier and am now in contract with this supplier, I have signed it... I was not in contract with British Gas. A court date was issued which is in a few weeks time - for BG to come and disconnect... But can they disconnect if I am now in contract with another suppier? I never signed anything with BG.

Sorted.. I called them and they said the bill was for an additional 6 months from my move out date to next year..... now come down to £403 for the year... Still seems a bit much? £36 a month? -

Unsure of last bill, this is the last bill I have... Water shoudl not be £700 a year. residential. -
I have YW chasing me for money. The amount which is just over £600 for 11 months. To my knowledge water has never been this expensive. Can someone please shed light on this. I have not paid as the first bill I disputed, and it has just been going on and on. Any help would be appreciated.
