6weeks notice is good 6weeks wait is too long. its not necessary to bow to your broadband provider, cancel +change -

i agree 3 days notice is hardly reasonable. i would wait a few weeks notice if to have the 'immediate' switchover . the way the broadband provider operate with openreach and the delay openreach cause isnt relevant to my contract. if the broadband provider cant provide what they are contracted to do then the contract is void -

well i gave only 3 days notice, but i didnt expect to wait 27 days and pay 100+. 2 weeks is acceptable, and the 27 day reconnection date looks like its not happening so its going to be 5 weeks and "The broadband provider will have to make an appointment with Open reach to update the exchange" is not relevant, my contract is with the broadband provider to supply broadband, not Open reach -

i am paying them to supply broadband and i m without for 27 days -
i have a contract with a broadband provider for 8 more months. its 18.40/month, i've moved and they want me to pay £100.00+ moving fee and wait 27 days to connect it at my new address. the contract is for supply of broadband/phone so can i cancel it based on the fact that they have broken the contract ? and cancel all further payments?

mobile phone charges are extortionately overpriced. i was charged 30 p for 2 second call to an answer machine. and 45 p for an 80 second call i usually get charged 60p a minute to a 0845 number

a civil court case is no stress for me, it would be a pleasure to show the judge the large amount of incorrect bills for 1000's i have received, and all the threatening letters (dating back years). if i were a judge i think i would make a judgement in my favour, so i think i would win the case. has anyone done this before?

british gas were going to charge me 58.00 (if i remember right) per bailiff visit, 15.00 per letter, magistrate court costs 300.00 etc etc. based on what they said my mistake was. so should i charge british gas for the mistakes they have now admitted?

i have been receiving incorrect bills from british gas since 2008. this is because they were sending me bills based on someone elses gas usage because they didnt update the meter serial numbers when they changed the meters. i was paying them between 2008 and 2010, before i realised the bills were wrong. i stopped paying them , and british gas have been sending bills for 1000's, and sending bailiffs and threatening letters, court action etc. in january 2013 they finally admitted it was their mistake and they refunded my incorrect bill payments. can i make a small claim in a civil court for my costs of sending letters, making phone calls etc.? and also for my hassle to prevent a magistrate court allowing them to drill out my locks ?
