  1. Hi Dx, Have i got a time limit to send these claims in? no internet connection as in process of moving house..

  5. Hi dx, I scrapped the spreadsheet i barely started it anyway all of the different charges and additions on the statements confused the hell out of me.

  7. Hi dx i've started the spreadsheet on the smaller loan and i am really confused on the 2nd page where there are credit adjustments (not payments?) i really don't know what i am doing with this :s
  8. I have had no contact with empingham and welcome sold the debt on in 2009 I think so not sure about whether interest is still being charged :s
  9. I never settled the loan though it is with empingham, so do i do it to the date it was sold on to empingham? thanks again
  10. This was a loan taken against my property so yes a 2nd mortgage. It wasn't a refinance of another loan this was my first loan ever :s this is all just confusing me. Do I claim back the ppi for the length of the loan or just on the payments I made?
  11. hi dx, so the charges are these the ones that say conversion/default fee and the letters and telephone calls?
  12. I've had a look at the spreadsheet, do i put all of the charges into that or just the ppi payments? Sorry i'm a bit thick..
