Hi dx i've started the spreadsheet on the smaller loan and i am really confused on the 2nd page where there are credit adjustments (not payments?) i really don't know what i am doing with this :s

I have had no contact with empingham and welcome sold the debt on in 2009 I think so not sure about whether interest is still being charged :s

I never settled the loan though it is with empingham, so do i do it to the date it was sold on to empingham? thanks again

This was a loan taken against my property so yes a 2nd mortgage. It wasn't a refinance of another loan this was my first loan ever :s this is all just confusing me. Do I claim back the ppi for the length of the loan or just on the payments I made?

hi dx, so the charges are these the ones that say conversion/default fee and the letters and telephone calls?

I've had a look at the spreadsheet, do i put all of the charges into that or just the ppi payments? Sorry i'm a bit thick..
