You are aware that these payments are necessary to avoid further charges, recovery and legal action. You were committed to pay GBP 240 by 21.11.2012. Your transaction reference is: ############## / 7 Error Code: DECLINED - The supplied expiry date is in the past This may appear on your statement as a transaction processed by: tf-f or London Treasury Services Your outstanding balance is GBP 883. Funny is that that I have NO idea where are they getting these amounts from and also confused which of these amounts is right one and which company is dealing with my debt, I am willing to pay back, but only what I agreed, not the amounts which they just getting from their minds! All refernce numbers and accounts are same on all three letters which I got same day with some time intervals.

  4. No, it just been passed from NDR to this MH Bailiffs, also that amount of £883 looks fraudulent for me aswell.

Hi all, got £200 from them, but because was in cycle to take one loan and pay back other, was unable to pay this back in time, they passed my account to NDR and now NDR passed this to Marshall Hoares Bailiffs, not sure if they will pass further, but for me it seem stupid that debt recovery passes to next debt recovery and amount from £200 got to £883, is it legal to do that? And is there any way to reduce that cosmic late fee charges?
