Hi the addressed I posted my goods back to them after doing some research (too late after ordering!) by Airsure, because the address is in IRELAND! Cost over £10 !! SLIMTONE PLUS 222 SHANNON AIRPORT HOUSE SFZ SHANNON CO. CLARE IRELAND SLIMTONE have several other address of course, but the abovewas on the envelopeI happen to keep.........in very very small writing. I just happen to get the addressfrom here and also in another site. I e-mailed them several times re: my refund. I had to ring/write to my bank for help. Have recently had an e-mail back from them saying that ALL payment taken has been refunded. Thought me a real lesson, other ways of slimming without tablets....didn't do anything for me in that few daysI had with SLIMTONE!...Well, that's what they call themelves...................... The Address I had for these [problem]is : SLIMTONE PLUS, 222 SHANNON AIRPORT HOUSE, SFZ SHANNON, CO. CLARE, IRELAND. As I kept the envelope and got it from the other that got 'caught'. but they have several address, I have read. Cost me over £10 in posting it back...for what! They said I had not sent it back within the 14 days? and the £75 plus £37.50 is now their's and there will be no more money taken out or products... Ring your bank now otherwise money will be taken out! Good Luck.

Hi there, I haven't had any bad experience as yet... I had accidently, ordered two lots of the 'Getaways' and rang them. Had my refund back few days later. Have enjoyed the ones I've been too...just lucky, I guess. Have you been 'done' by the flipping Slimtone etc?? If so, how things?

Boy, wish I was as lucky as you...still fighting to get my payments back. My credit card people wasn't that helpful. Said by giving them my bank details, I had already sign the contract....what toff!! Not giving up...too much money to loose to these sort of company?

Have used them many times. If I had any queries, customer services or their e-mail replies were all very helpful. No complaints to date
