Hi everyone, I am currently undertaking some consumer research as part of my Masters dissertation. My research is based on the daily deal site GROPON and I am interested in people’s experiences of a service that they purchased through the site (eg salon treatment, holiday, driving lessons, restaurant etc) My research questions are as follows: 1) What were your experiences upon redeeming your Groupon voucher? (be this positive or negative) 2) Do you feel that a service at a lesser price results in a lesser service?
