  1. Saw somewhere on here that Peachy never give out their bank details. Well here there are as of a week ago: Account name: Cash On Go Ltd; Account number: 43882942 Sort code: 200353 They are correct as got confirmation of loan being paid off.
  2. Just so you all know a week after I sent an original email (21st)l i got an email from Elliot Sheppard also agreeing the repayment suggestion of £50 for £777 with a review in 3 months. Surprised to be honest but confused why the huge delay with an occasional email.
  3. That's interesting. How much do you owe and the repayment? I owe £777 and offered £50 per month.
  4. What's the best way forward then? I have offered £20 per month till paid off (£117). I have cancelled the card and emailed bank regarding CPA. Thanks
  5. Have done this but still worried about the no contact. Find it a bit odd. No arrangement has been set but I paid £50 off it as i had outlined in my proposal to them.
  6. Basicallly: Owe £777 to WDA. Emailed about 5 days before the repayment date saying that I was going to unable to repay full amount, sent I & E form and waited a day. Nothing. So resent email and waited a day and again nothing. It was on day of repayment so had cancelled the DD and cancelled card and CCA. Sent £50 direct to their bank, emailed them saying I had done so and will be sending this amount every month (this was amount I had offered in repayment). Had one standard email saying missed payment but nothing else - no phone calls or emails. Should I be worried or should I leave it? Not willing to call. Many thanks Swanleyboy
  7. Another email from them. Thank you for the e-mail. Please note that we have no obligation to arrange a 0% repayment plan. No matter what you pay for, the longer it takes for you to repay it, the higher the total amount will be. We have made our best and final offer, in case it is not suitable for you, the repayment plan will not be finalized. Until we haven´t arranged a repayment plan our system still tries to collect the full amount and also additional charges and interest will be added. -- Kind regards, Karen Randoja Peachy Collections Department http://www.peachy.co.uk collections@peachy.co.uk Any suggestions as how to progress. I really am up poo creak at the minute generally!
  8. Little update. Just this email. Thank you for the e-mail. The best offer we could obtain from the Credit Committee is as follows: t 1 05/06/2013 £15.48 2 05/07/2013 £34.32 3 05/08/2013 £34.67 4 05/09/2013 £34.68 5 04/10/2013 £34.23 6 05/11/2013 £34.68 In case we should fail to collect the payment, extra charges and interest will be added and your debt will be handed over to our Debt Collection Partner. Until we haven´t arranged a repayment plan our system still tries to collect the full amount and also additional charges and interest will be added. Please confirm if this is suitable for you, in order to finalize the repayment plan. Also, please confirm if your debit card details remain the same. -- Kind regards, Karen Randoja Peachy Collections Department http://www.peachy.co.uk collections@peachy.co.uk This then will mean £52.06 more than the loan. What do you all think? Plus NO my card is not the same as I have stopped it!
  9. Hi, Dont go there but took a peachy loan. Need to repay £117. Emailed before payment date -5th June - knowing that I can't repay and asking for repayment plan and this was response. Said £20 per month was comfortable and attached an I & E form. Thank you for the email. Please note that if you are not able to make the payment on your repayment date, extra charges and interest will be added. As we value you as a customer and want to help you to avoid overdue charges we would like to offer you the opportunity to EXTEND your loan. You may extend your loan up to 5 times successively. To extend the outstanding balance, you need to pay the daily interest and fees at the moment of request. The extension option is only available within the period between the 3rd day before the agreed due date and the 5th day overdue. The extension will work as a re-financed loan. It will be for the same period of time as your initial loan period. To extend you loan, please log in to your peachy.co.uk account or send a text message 'EXTEND' to 68899. The extension fee will be collected from your debit card immediately after you request the extension and if it goes through successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This seems mad. So I can rollover!! How is that helping. I am happy to pay backj but in £20 incrememnts but they are asking me to pay more by rolling over. Any advice would be gratefully received. Swanleyboy
  10. I know. Don't want court really although I wonder what happens? Does the judge not laugh them out of court?
  11. 4 x £135 (rollover) One payment of £135 to set up repayment plan 3 x £50 so far. £825 - original loan was £450.
  12. Right so I have to pay then! OK Yes i did roll over 4 times which meant that the payments 'paid' the original loan. I rolled over as £135 was a lot less to find then £450. Stupid I know. I then came to a decision that it was mad to carry on so I emailed them. They said yes to a payment plan but as the previous posts have said they needed £135 and then payments of 50 x 9.
  13. Hi Has anyone actually done this and succeeded? Ideas and suggestions are great but has anyone done it and got positive results?
  14. No - not the case but my fault as didnt give full facts. Loan was £450 - I rolled over 4 times at £135 interest. I then called them and after a long email exchange they set up 9 x £50 payments but theu 'charged' £135 to set up the repayment plan. Repay Date Amount Notes 25/02/2013 £50.00 Payment 2 of 9 25/03/2013 £50.00 Payment 3 of 9 25/04/2013 £50.00 Payment 4 of 9 24/05/2013 £50.00 Payment 5 of 9 25/06/2013 £50.00 Payment 6 of 9 25/07/2013 £50.00 Payment 7 of 9 23/08/2013 £50.00 Payment 8 of 9 25/09/2013 £50.00 Payment 9 of 9 25/09/2013 -£135.00 Discount to close account I really need a template of what to say if I'm going for' i've now paid more than one month plus one month interest.' I have already paid 4 interest payments totallling £540. Has anyone actually done this and what was the result? Thanks again
  15. could you clarify this Jamie. what have you done and what happened?
  16. OK thanks for the very mixed replies. I will send an email and see! Just can't be doing with litigation etc. I presume that if they get arsey then I need to cancel my cards etc?
  17. Kind of knew that but having funny 5 mins i think. What's best way? Email and say that then wait? There are rude whatsits. Even ignored my MP.
  18. Hi there Made a mistake and used Mr Lender. I borrowed £500. Over a series of months I 'rolled over the loan' 4 times @ £135.00 = £540. I then, after much pain, entered a payment plan with them - after paying the £135 they needed to set it up! I now pay £50 a month for nine months. I think I must be stupid! Can anyone advise what to do here as looking on the forum it seems that one months interest is acceptable. if I go through with it all payments it will then be well over £1000. Any advice on how to proceed or letters to send? Many thanks, Jon
  19. Think you have posted this on wrong bit?!
  20. Bit weird this one. Have an account that is never used (rarely) that I sometimes put money in to keep it out of the way. Looked a few weeks ago and £23.14 was taken out. So I called Natwest fraud line who told me it was Moneywarehouse. I have never heard of them so reported it as fraud. Natwest put the money back a few days later (and sent new card) but I looked at the moneywarehouse website. Very odd - one of these 'fill in one form and search lenders' form but it says they charge £23.14 for the privilege. I am certain that I never applied or even looked at website. Tempted to call them and ask for further recompense but not sure. Anyone have any further details about this or know who they are or how this was possible?
  21. Hi, I have 4 PDL and three accepted my DMP (as with Payplan) with no problems. Had a few emails back and forth - will not all them - and then today I get this email. "Dear customer- Payday Express has been trying to contact you without success. We have instructed our agent to call within the next 3 days between the hours of 8am & 7pm. If this is not convenient please call us on 0800 012 6347 to arrange a more suitable time. Debt Recovery Department Payday Express Tel 0800 0126347 Fax +44 (0)115 9347434 Email dr@paydayexpress.co.uk Web www.paydayexpress.co.uk" So - can they do this, will they do this? They have been extremely unhelpful all the way through. Any advice would be extremely welcome. May thanks, Swanleyboy
  22. HI, me again. New problem. I did a new thread - lots of views but no comments - so....... Basically with Payplan who have been amazing. Had 4 PDL's - all accepted other than Payday Express. Payplan told me that they wouldn't accept but will still be sent the payment - which is small to be fair but in line with my budget. I think I made the mistake of emailing them (Payday Express) and asking for their bank details and offering £20 per month in addition to the money that Payplan send them. This is the rather stroppy I got back, "Thank you for your recent email. Please note that the reason we have rejected your debt management plan is because you signed with your debt management company BEFORE you borrowed the loan from us - not because "we want more money". If you sign with a debt management company it means that you have recognised that you are not in a financial position to repays your debts without assistance, and by borrowing more you are breaching the terms and conditions of the loan and making your financial situation worse. We have sent you our bank details as you requested them, however there is currently no mutually agreed repayment plan in place and currently you are leaving your account open to interest, charges and collection action. Regards, Payday Express" I certainly can not pay any more. What do you think is the best approach here? Just pay what I said I would? Or try to enter an agreement? Thanks,
