@FTMDave so from now on i just ignore all their letters including their debt recovery letters and just wait for the court letter?

@FTMDave All they know is that i parked my car put hazards lights on and went in five guys. He swiftly came to take the pics probably whole procedure was few mints but no more than 5minutes

@lookinforinfo there is non disabled parking around five guys if you lucky enough you get the space u park there to pick the deliveries up this what other drivers do also the delivery drivers do park on disabled bay when no space available not sure if most of them get pcn. I usually see that parking warden on weekends mostly

The warden was in hurry because he was so quick i ran towards my car when i saw he was capturing the pics he must be paid bonus for that. And yes the markings are faded aswell

@lookinforinfo i spoke to the manager of the five guys he is going to complain to the customer service of Premier Park Company. Ok here is another attachment i captured some pics i marked the disabled bay where my vehicle was parked also see the signboard for disabled parking. Sorry couldn't understand this was very strange incident though. The traffic warden deliberately captured the pics when he knew i am going to pick the delivery up while he was capturing the pictures i approached him but he said sorry i cant do anything as i already captured the pics so he cant undo that.

Letter? No letter he just took pics of my car today i just took the pictures of sign boards of car park which operates by Premier car .co uk

No windscreen ticket he took photos on his mobile he knew i went to pick up the delivery even he did not wait few minutes and start taking pics after telling the reason but he did not listen

Hi guys I need help again thanks for the great help previously with HX Parking. This item i was picking up an order for deliveroo from five guys valley centertainment leisure park Sheffield. The instructions on deliveroo for five guys were that park at the front of restaurant to pick the order up. I went there and could not find any parking apart from disabled bay at the front of five guys, where i parked and put the hazard lights so people know i am in the restaurant. I didn't realised that private traffic warden was watching me. I was waiting for the order but also kept an eye on my car too. Then as expected the warden approached to my car and start taking pictures i quickly went and told the warden that why i parked my car which was only for picking up the delivery. He did not listen and said now you can park here because he issued the fine. The parking company is Premier park. I am expecting that fine will be coming through post soon. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

@lookinforinfo i would if its few miles away its amost 15 miles away so not worth going there had enough visits during this 2 years period. All i can say to them if they reading this thread that better luck next time
