  1. Ok cool. So I will put all this in an email to him and see what response I get. Any additional advice before I take the plunge? Thanks!
  2. Great, thank you very much. So have they also broken the data protection act?
  3. HAHA have you seen his linkedin account. What a joke. I quote(wite reference to Pay Day ODrft) " Looking to grow the business to stock market flotation within 5 years." Good luck with that one you joker.
  4. "If your account is defaulted then the possibility of setting up any payment plan will no longer be available." Is this also allowed???
  5. Hi All. I have just recieved the following email before I was able to email back regarding I&E form: " Dear ........ Since you have not responded to my previous e mail dated 4th April at 11:10, with evidence of the change of circumstances I will need to move forward with legal proceedings. I will give you until 4pm today to provide the appropriate proof. Failure to do so will result in your account being defaulted which will give you two weeks to pay the balance in full prior to court action. If your account is defaulted then the possibility of setting up any payment plan will no longer be available. Regards, ............. Any advise on how I should respond? Thank you very much.
  6. THANKS, Should I say in my response that they have broken the data protection act in requesting this? I will obviously advise that I will complete an I&E and return asap aswell.
  7. Thanks Crocdoc. So I will respond advising this and complete I&E and return. Can payday loan companies take people straight to court without going via 3rd party DCA's? The loan is around £360 with interest.
  8. Hi, thank you for your response. I have been asked to provide, proof of rent increases and my partners details with losing her job as this affected our income. Do I have to provide this information? I dont want to give them personal information like, bank statements, my partners previous employment info etc. Is this request going against the data protection act? I am happy to complete an income and expendature form but they seem to need more proof. Is it worth letting them default my account? I am not sure weather this will then be handed to a 3rd party DCA or they will go straight to court. From what the guy has written it looks as if they would take court action straight away which is quite quick from previous experience. Any help would be much appreciated. Has anyone used these guys before??
  9. Hi All I am having diffculty setting up a payment arrangement with 1st Stop payday loans and they are making things pretty long wided. I have been advised that if I dont respond to them by close of business today then I will recieve a default and given 2 weeks to pay the balance in full or court action would be taken. The balance is around £300 and I have offered £30.00 per month initially. Has anyone had experience with this company and will they take straight to court of a DCA? Thank you very much.
