  2. Has anyone had dealings with Willowbrook Mobility?, My disabled neighbour bought a recliner chair for over£3000 after a ten minute demonstration, it was delivered a week later, after using it for one day she found the chair to be totally unsuitable for her, she cannot sit in properly the chair being to narrow she phoned up the company and ten days later they sent a rep. round to look at it, he said because she had a cushion to support her back it was all her fault and refused to do anything about it. This is disgraceful, the lady is over 76 and completely immobile. Is there any action she can take against Willowbrook Mobility?
