  8. ok last time,i have NOT defaulted on my 2 pdl loans my original question was how was it possible to get more than one pdl at a time, the info i mentioned about some us states not enforcing on line pdl agreements was just that a bit of info an american mate gave me,let me be clear on this i have no intention of using this to get out of my debt nor was i advocating any one else tried to use it as well, hope that clears that up........
  9. i am not trying to dodge my debts once again i was just sharing a bit of info thats all,and yes i do know uk and us laws are completely different,it would appear some peopea have got the wrong end of the stick,

  12. it will be hard to get your money back, bombard them with e-mails fone calls and snail mail, sge loans are just like wentworth, yes loans etc, never ever give bank details over the fone to anyone, prove would have gave u a loan without going thru a so called broker, but there interest rates are appaling avoid
  13. hey guys im not looking to dodge my debt was just saying that some states in the us will not enforce on line loan agreements.
  14. hi sillygirl im of the opinion that most pdl companies would rather avoid court there empty threats are just that, empty
  15. being taken to court is not any due cause for concern chances are it will never happen, you have made an offer to pay your debt and they have refused it trust me thats all you need to do,heres what happened to me,welcome finance took me to court over an unpaid loan even though i had made several offers to pay 50 pounds a month which is all i could afford due to change in circumstances, they repeatedly declined my offer,i opened a post office account and put 50 a month a month in and sat back and waited on my day in court, when at court i got usual questions are you so and so are you liable for this debt etc etc,i replied yes i am then the fun began,i stated i had made repeated offers to pay 50 a month and showed judge copies of all letters from me and and welcome he read them and asked welcomes lawyer why did refuse this offer of payment ,the lawyer replied my client deemed it not enough considering the size of the debt which due to charges and interest now stands at 4587,the judge then asked him how can your client justify such charges and interest, there lawyer replied its all made clear to borrower at time of taking out loan what penalties will be if you default,to which the judge replied thats not what i asked you,as you can imagine there was no reply to that,so i then told the judge i had been putting 50 a month into po account and had brought it with me 450 pounds, now heres where i nearly wet myself, judged thanked me and said he would order me to pay 25 a month based on my circumstances also revoked all the charges and interest and now i just owe the original loan amount, now this happened in a scottish court but dont imagine english civil law will differ that much from up here,so ensure you keep copies of absolutly every single letter and if it does go to court do not worry about it at all,in fact enjoy your day in court exposing horrendous interest rates and scare tactics is good fun, good luck to you............
  16. hi all,im new here so please forgive any typos etc, anyhoo my question is this, how is it possable to get several payday loans at the same time i fell into the pdl trap and borrow from one to pay of the other all the bumff ive read on pdl sites all state you can only have one at a time,if i was declined then it would help me but im never declined,do they not check also are wonga and quickquid the same company? heres something i learned also so here goes ive got a mate that stays in the usa where pdls are rife but he says that in some states online agreements are not enforceable as there is no real signature just an on line signature same as here,so thats it and thanks for reading, peace to you all:-D
