    Happened to me about 2 weeks ago, stating I had a problem with my computer funny that its brand new butI just replied "oh really considering I havent got a computer" they put the phone down and havent called back since.

    If u know the bank acc and sort code for the account just pay it directly to it (online if possible or mobile app) The bank wont refuse payment that way. Thats what im doing ( not natwest tho) and mines been passed to moorcroft and I certainly dont speak to them.

    Had the same problem I contacted ofgem I think it was and they sorted it all for me. I was able to move to another provider and Bg business sent me a letter stating nothing owed. Wasnt over night tho took a couple of months to sort out.

    I understand what your saying BB he thought of her as family and this has really got him down, I think hes abit relieved that he will get his money even if its not alot a week but he wants nothing to do with her or her family ( hes just won a ccj on her mum and boyfriend for non payment of a debt) Seems like it kinda runs in the family .

    Quick update HCEO was sent in ,Defendant has to pay a tenner a week, my cousin isnt to happy about the amount but at least she has to pay something now and if she doesnt pay hceo will be going in again.

    Ebay usually always fines in favour of the buyer, if the seller is saying "Will refund only if u leave me 5*" report him as they are not allowed to do that. Keep all messages from the seller and if requested send them to ebay. You could also ring ebay (record the call) and explain what the seller is doing. Make sure you have their ebay id and item number .

    Hes been banned for 9 games and 4 month suspension and fined $112.000. edit : post crossed

    Hi bazooka boo, no vehicle No company/business She was a family friend. Hes thinking an AoE as he has the info needed for it.

    Hi Andy I did in post 1 , but only 1 defendant has repliedto the court with full admission. Defendant 1 admits owing , offered 30 a month Defendant 2 no reply no admittance Both are a couple but not married. Helpdesk advised to do form N225 on both, For def 2 will get a default judgement as has not responded.

    Spoke to the court about why it got rejected it was due to the admission; So now he has to do form N225 to request judgement on both defendants

    Sorry Andy If my cousin has to pay for AoE does that get added to the debt aswell?

    Cheers Andy So the defendant has offered to pay monthly but stated from wages (attatchment of earnings) so it will be down to him to make the payments? So he will still get a ccj after 28 days even if paying monthly? If payment isnt made my cousin will have to apply for an AoE so it starts to get paid?

    Hi Andy My cousin only found out today that the defendants admitted they owe the full amount claimed and on the admission form stated and I quote " to deduct £30.00 monthly from wages" Nothing was admitted on mcol so my cousin went for default judgement and this was tuesday just gone. Its now showing on mcol as rejected.

    Cheers Citizenb. I know he done mcol tuesday and requested default judgement ticked defendant never responded, Checked mcol today and its been rejected, no reason why and doesnt say what to do next.

    Thanks Citizenb. My cousin has just told me that the default judgement has been rejected. I have told him its probably because they acknowledged they owe the amount and have asked for It to be paid from wages monthly. So it looks like he either has to agree to it or decline the amount (hope thats right)

    Thankyou everyone. And yes its a default Judgment, I will let my cousin know what you have all said. Will the courts do an AoE if my cousin agrees to the monthly payment, as thats what the defendant has put on the court form?

    My cousin has gone through mcol to get his money back. The defendants never acknowledged online so he applied for issue of ccj, this was tuesday just gone, The thing is defendants admit to owing him money but have stated will pay 30 quid a month from wages, this letter only arrived this morning. how does this affect the ccj issue as he stated defendants didnt reply but they have 3 days later. Any advice please

    My cousin went through mcol and got ccj by default. He then applied for a warrant of execution (local court) bailiff attended defendants property but was refused peaceful entry. What happens now and what else can he do to recover his money. Cheers

    Unfortunately bayv were able to attend the property but once informed tenant no longer lived there they should have left and amended their files accordingly. I do agree tho that the rep should not have discussed personal info of friend with you after you told him friend no longer lives there (you did inform him didnt you?)

    I agree this is getting confusing!! Are u the owner of the buy to let house? You rented it too your friend? Tv was gotten at BtoL house but friend moved taking tv with him/her
