  6. Don't the banks have someone who is to do with legal compliance? Can you not inform them that they are continuing to allow the bank to break the law?, then if they fail to act...litigate against them? Just a thought, any ideas? Regards
  7. Judges have bank accounts. Surely they would not be persuaded by a OFT decision as that questions their own ability to judge. If £15 was said to be okay, they should put a breakdown of individual costs as part of the contract. What do you think? Regards
  8. Funny that. The BBC is OUR channel, we pay for the bloody thing!!! People should flood them with requests to get the matter aired. Regards
  9. Most companies want you to go paperless.... Blah Blah Blah......something to do with the environment. They are saving money though, why doesn't the customer benefit from this? If I want, the bank can send me a letter telling me I have gone overdrawn by e-mail. NOW WHERE ARE THE COSTS? Regards

Cheers. Too many posts now, I haven't enough time to read them all. When my actions are concluded, I don't intend to let this end and will give my support to the continuing action. That is to give these monkeys, the peanuts they deserve! Regards

Read in the Daily Mail yesterday regarding OFT andc Credit Card charges, apparently they will come down to around £15. It appears that the fight is going to continue then....... Regards
  12. Hi, Got the same problem with a debt to MBNA which is now owned by Link Financial. They have told me that they have the information I am requesting or can request it from MBNA if required. Can't see a problem since if they were unable to provide data to back up their claim, then I doubt they could pursue you in the courts for it. Only my opinion though. Regards
  13. Interesting. Cost of a payment being late is £20...okay I will believe them, not! Same goes for not at all! Regards
