@tommy456 My parents pay for phone calls as i still live with them. I feel sorry for the unemployed who live on there own, it must be difficult. At least I have a back-up for extra money and support if needs be.

My agreement is a sanction agreement!... I know one day I'll be sanctioned, it's the way the system is. I'll be sanctioned for not phoning an employer or something, even though I'll have applied for 20+ jobs that week. I slated Ingeus & the Work Programme, but at least I could claim travel costs for interviews and make phone calls etc.

Recently done a Rapid-Reclaim. They changed my agreement to this: ~Write to at least 20 employers a week ~Phone at least 10 employers a week ~Visit at least 5 employers a week ~Check Uni-Jobmatch 14 times a week This totals 49 actions per week!!! My old agreement was: ~Write to 13 employers a week. NOW I HAVE TO DO 49 ACTIONS A WEEK!!! I can easily do 5 hours job search a day, because some application forms take 2 hours to complete.

I'm tempted to cancel my DD...They have my membership card, so I cant use any DW gym anyway... Are they really going to fight for £28? If they did then I'd get £28 in 1p coins and plonk it on the reception! lol

I could always ask for my 1 month free as promised! lol

I sent DW's head office a letter to cancel my membership on 15th July, they received it on the 16th because i received this email: Hi Richard Thank you for notifying us of your wish to cancel your membership with us, I agree that 1 hour travelling is very inconvenient! As per your email 1 Months notice is required, and as such this means your final Direct Debit Payment will be requested on 1st August, allowing you access to any DW Sports Club until 31st August. After the payment has been successful made, you can cancel your Direct Debit with us. Best of luck with your relocation. Also, the head office will now have my membership card. I can't use the gym because they have it. I sent them it to prove that I can't use any of there gyms. So, I've paid until the end of this month.... If they wan't to send me the membership card back then they can....I just sent it to them to prove a point that I cant use any DW due to location.... These morons want to charge me £28 when I've told them I cant get access to any DW, they e-mailed me saying I can use any DW until 31st August.....MORONS!

I joined DW Blackpool about 9 months ago... When i joined I was told that if i refer a friend I would get 1 months free membership, no ifs, no buts... My Auntie joined and i confronted DW to let them know that I'm referring a friend etc...She joined....I asked for my free month and was told it was a competition!!! From this point I felt lied too, not only that they promised me a training session and a phone call to arrange one...nothing!... I feel that DW are only interested in creating memberships, and will do anything, even lie to get you to join! So, after 6 months i cancelled my membership. Silly me re-joined a month later as i missed the gym, it's a great gym...Just the staff are horrible! I've cancelled my membership again and given my months notice....I'll be moving to Norwich so the closest DW's are Lincoln and Cambridge which are over 1 hours drive away. DW emailed me and said they'd take next months £28 so i can still use the gym untill the end of next month. I've sent them my membership card in the post and explained I can't use the gym because I'm moving to Norwich next week, and I'd be paying £28 for nothing! If I cancel my direct debit....Will DW get debt collectors involved for £28??? Is it worth there hassle just for £28??? I'm out of my 6 month contract, and I've paid until the end of this month....

4 Interviews in just over 1 week... 1 work trial in February... Passed a telephone Interview, so awaiting Interview with Manager. This month has been a great one!!! Looking forward to escaping Ingeus... I might make a film on it, 'Escape from Ingeus'....Sounds as good as the alcatraz one hey...

Well, when I got a got last March I was contacted by the head office...Basically to check how i was £££££ doing, and if i was still working lol... Your Advisor will probably keep a check on you. Especially when you've been in a job for nearly 6 months. They will want you to hit 6 months, so they can claim the golden ticket (£££££££££££££££££££)

Advisors are paid a set wage. Advisors who hit targets gain brownie points and can get a pay rise. Bonuses aren't given to individual Advisors... Normally if you leave a job, you will be referred back to your previous Advisor.

My new Advisor seems really nice, he phoned me at 7pm tonight to discuss a job opportunity at Pontins. I have no problems with him, we've put the past behind us....

I received a letter in the post over a week ago… Addressed to myself at my home address. The only people that know my home address are the job centre/Ingeus. Clients at Ingeus don’t know my address!!!... I think I’ve upset someone, lol….Michael was my old Advisor, Mark my new one…. Dear Miss Brayde, I am writing to complain about the behaviour of one of your advisers at Ingeus in Preston. When I was in Ingeus on Thursday 3rd January 2013 just before closing time and I was sat with four other people at the computers job hunting when an advisor called ‘Michael W######S came over and sat with another advisor called ‘Mark. ‘Michael began to use foul language and use bad names to call a job seeker by the name of Richard Massey whom I know personally. Michael came over and said to Mark have you seen the email Richard Massey sent. ‘Mark said that he had and Michael then said I have sent a great reply back to him, you should read it. Michael also said that he had been on a website forum where Richard Massey has supposed to have been writing things about Ingeus and ‘Michael in particular? ‘Mark said that he had seen the email and ‘Michael asked him what he thought of it and ‘Mark said that he found it strange. ‘Michael then said yes he is a wan#er. ‘Michael was discussing ‘Richard Massey at great length and everyone on the computers could hear him. He was also sat with another advisor who was wearing a suit and glasses who must have heard what ‘Michael was saying? I think this is a very bad way for your advisor to behave and I am disgusted at the language. I have head Michael speaking badly to other people in there and I think it should stop. I have sent this letter anonymous as I don’t want to be singled out like that and be called by ‘Michael as I still have to go to Ingeus to get my benefits. I have sent a copy of this letter to Richard Massey as it is only fair that he knows what is being said about him. I have a £50 HMV voucher, I was going to buy a new Xbox game today... My vouchers were declined!... Iv'e read on a webpage that Deloitte have helped HMV out??? Does this mean that I now ask Ingeus for my money back? hahahahaha

Best to hand it in!... After working at Royal Mail over Xmas, post can get damaged/lost. So, when Ingeus say they never received it in the post, they may actually be telling the truth? LOL... Unless you send it recorded delivery, then Ingeus could/would deny never receiving it!!! Also, hand in a copy to your local job centre.
