Ganymede, this is about notifying the court that it has been satisfied, not obtaining a certificate of satisfaction. This has only come about due to having discussed via email with the claimaint about payment and once done they said "I will now send you a letter that you can forward to the court to show it has been satisfied". Thank you though for your time to reply, NewToTheFight, unfortunately it was not within the 28 days and I am now stuck with it.

I have recently satisfied a CCJ I had against me, and the claimant sent me a letter for me to send to the court to notify them of the change. I have no idea where this is supposed to be sent, and I was under the impression it was for the claimaint to notify the court, not me? I'm a little confused so if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
