avoid these jokers they charged me £47.53 to cancel an insurance policy they never provided after a mistake was made over my occupation that was after paying up a £48 deposit.almost £100 charged for 2 days of insurance which i never got to use.thought there was a 7 day cool off period for distance selling,but that i believe only applies to companies that act within the law STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS WHO GIVE CHEAP QOUTES TO GET YOUR MONEY THEN RIP YOU OFF

i have had a car on finance with these people since 2006 and im coming to the end of my agreement.i have missed a few payment dates and have incurred £315 total in charges.im always given a wrong balance when i enquire and im never told how much ive paid to date.so i requested that they send me out a full statement itemising the whole details of the account. immediately i discover that there figures do not marry up with my agreement sent to me after the sale a difference of £113.03.what should i do about this. these people have all ready caught me on a useless car warranty that i didnt want or need,but they refused to cancel it any help or suggestions would be greatly appreiciated many thanks
