  1. i am sorry to the all the guys apart from bazza.... i will update once the solictor has done the ground work and figured it all out. now the witness to the wills and other stuff all are on my side and soon as my brother takes any action againsit me. we will sit down with him if not. i will get £3000 from each which is discussed. 4 x 3 = 12k ready for high court. i wont submit any more posts.   2. this post has become nit picking and stupdity. with zero help just playing around with my story. so i suggest something to end this thread. for the last time. after paying the solictor money to begin probate work. I HAVE NOT SEEN OR TOUCHED ANYTHING. when i first wrote the post i assumed alot based upon peoples opinions. now i know alot more and some is still assumed. in order for the will to be executed, documents drawn up and titles changed etc means i would of submitted signed doucments. which allowed for all this to happen. so the lawyer assumed all he has with my signatures i am agreeing too. i am saying i did not sign anything. so therefore all of my signatures were faked. doucments to be real as solictors would of made them. witness was needed for titles change documents. + some kind of concent for all this to happend (avidacviddt, agreement, DoV). i was the sole exector and benifisry for the will. and i did no work or signatures. just paid some money. So you can go on like old ladies about how i write and what i wrote etc. the END RESULT IS i now need a solictor. Ali

  4. i am from pakistan and 13 years junior @ 36 you think my family members think i am an adult or a baby? i am the last one to know anything important. my brother even when i was paying the mortgage dealt with everything. After mothers death my uncles did everything upto the stone on the grave. then my brother took full control of paper. he told me to go pay. rest is history. lender? why did they not talk to me? no credit search was done if they can do it without me knowing fine. i was working, had wages + property rented out. with maybe £200 odd outstanding on one card for 3 weeks. brother has been committing minor crime since age 12. stealing here and there and is a fraudster, slimy, liar, cheater, selfish from day one. not to worry, i will be at peace once i can sort notice out. i am getting whats mine.
  5. jsut for bazza, EVEN at this stage i am assuming the ONLY way the solicitor would of sent me the attatched letter is if he was pretending to be me on the phone as per the first line. THE only way the 2nd solicitor would of started the title change is if HE HAD something in hand, signed by a witness according to a scolictor which he gave. THEN at some point he FORGED my signature to say i dont want my inheritance. i did not go into detail back then. back then i knew nothing. even now i got most papers in hand but i am not a solicitor so cant understand much. i was asked by my uncle that if my name was on the mortgage and how much was it. i said no clue. he said is it not on ur name, i said nope. my brother said they wont have me. he said they cant say that. what happend to your share, i said i dont know. to get it on his name means something has happened. and he gave me a scenario.. . and on that i wrote that post in 2011. now if something called deeds of varation is just some letter not an offical form. then the missing link is that document the solicitor is refering to which she dose not have. but that had to be signed by a witness if i was giving away my rights to the house. who was the witness? who signed it? which date? where is it? your guess is good as mine. if the signature on it is same as the one in the letter then its not mine. this signature is not mine. witness says he did not sign it. he cant remember. he said cant remember 5 times. i say cant rememebr and did not are 2 diffeerent things. he still said cant remember. i am going to get a notice in first. then i am going to get the paperwork sorted through a solicitor and go to quite a few with that ground work done to see how to proceed further. all options are on the table. Bazza would u give up at that point £150k to live in a box room? well i wont either. now that 150 is more like 350. Ali

She said upto writing first letter to my brother she will do all the work for £300. Ali
  7. No need to discuss further. not which version? i am still saying "something" had to be done avidavitt or something to start the process over. I gave the solictor money and thats it. i am missing in the gaps as i understand them. original solictor told me she dose not have the document which could be anything from deeds of variion or avidavitt or what ever. all i need to find is which soloctor dose the notice, rest is in hand Ali
  8. after waiting in a drizzle for 2 hours and then stood for 2 more inside. 8 chairs and 20 people.... CAB not intrested. when i drive past my local office, i see the people queing up. i will speak to solictor for both of my cases. probate lawayer i know who the hell dose the notcies? Ali
  9. Right so CAB is... BUT is that where i must queue for 4 hours and then find a seat and then have these part time, well to do, people who never listen? I will find a solictor. Ali That link is correct, beyond me to understand any of it. Time to get the solictor to do that first, then find good probate lawyer. time to action the plan.
  10. if i was duped i cant remember. After visiting the solicitor with the cheque i have not spoken to anyone. yes his wife is cahoots with him. Shes has a plan, sell all and move closer to her mother, the wicked witch. Sofar as her brother was in there family home they could not move there. now hes gone, she has moved her efforts to 100%. game is my brother sells all, moves to her mother, makes that house freehold. my brother is too stupid to ask if his name will be on the titles as a owner lol. screw them, i am gonna fix me and secure me. you all aware of my other issue with some kind of inheritance fraud. I have become aware of something called "unilateral notice" or Notice, Junction, on a property. which sounds like, i do something at land registry level so therefore the owner can not reportage, sell or do things with the home. i need to stop my brother from taking loans of all sorts on the property which i have "beneficial rights" too. i do not know what beneficial right or ownership or claim is. Will says i should own 50% of the home. Titles say no. So can someone please advise on these cautions or notice i can place, without him knowing. Ali
  11. May i please say for the last time. I was asked to go to the solictor to pay for the "will" by my brother. They wanted around £700 and i gave them a checque. so lets assume its sept 2006. from then to upto 2 weeks ago i have not spoken to or seen any doucments. What i asssumed was deeds of variation was in fact the titles transfer form. THAT letter that is attatched i have not seen either. I am sure after my brother told them something, THEN they sent this letter to my family home where we all live since 1992. i am 13 years junior in asain family bacground. EVEN now i am child according to all my uncles and grandma. some of my cousins had 2 kids while i was in high school. Brother did everything that needed doing, incluuding total control over the solocitor. i am sure if the calls came, letters came he delt with them. @ that time in 2006 i was working 70 hours a week. i was out by 8am and not home by 8 or 9pm. the ONLY step going forward is. if he metions of me being removed, or get out or this or that is to get a solictor. one said £2800 + vat to get the will, probate and land registry documents. so i have done the ground work luckly apart from the missing document and hm land registry i need nothing else. i am not sure what i need or where to go for this land registry.

I went into the solictors office in 2006 and paid some monies. since then upto 2 weeks ago i did not have any contact. so none of the doucments i have seen. touched or signed. i spoke to the witness and he says he dose not "remember" signing it. ALSO he will if needed say that offically if asked. Also he is doubtful that is his signature. He said its 50% similar or same as what he does. clear fraud has taken place, i do not know where i would get the "deeds of variation" from? Anyone know? Ali
  13. First time i saw the letter was 2 weeks ago, since i uploaded it i have done nothing? what can i do? okay bye! As for what it says, i keep saying. the solictor dose not have it. i do not have it. no one has it. maybe my brother. Why would he need to keep a copy i am sure his solcitor got rid of his file its been 10 years. can that avidavitt be deeds of variation? what the hell is it. google keeps saying alot of things.

  15. You sound more stressed then i am. Deeds of variation i was thinking was a form then this and that. NOW my conclusion is from this puzzle only thing missing is the avidavitt which would of said "Ali dose not want his inherertance". unless it is an document, correct me as to what it is. okay i will.   16. Your theeth are safe. 1. TR1 Transfer whole of title document has my signature, witness to the signature and my brothers. THAT IS NOT MY SIGNATURE and the witness says he did not sign anything for anyone. Tonight i will show him the copy. 2. Deed of variation is NOT with me. I was refering to the TR1 doucment which says deed 3 million times. 3. Deed of variation must be the aviddavitt the probate solictor keeps saying i signed and returned to her. so to my stupid mind the following happened. 1. i paid the solcitor and got the grants of probate. which i never saw or touch. 2. then my brother asked the solictor to write the deeds / avidavid and signed it. 3. solcitor then writes a letter to me, which i never touched or signed. 4. different solcitor then took the above doucments and got the TR1. 5. my brother then faked witness and my signatures. 6. then doucments were submitted to the bank or mortgage solcitor who then changed the titles to his name beacuse of all the above.
  17. I have the will. i am the exector. I have grant of probate it is under my name. I have the deeds of variation. the sigature, date writing is not mine. FURTHER more the "witness" to both the signatures say he did not know. Tonight i will show him the copy to 100% confirm if it is him or not. I do not have the avidavitt which the solictor discuessed with me. I think that is what my brother would of showen the soloctor who made the deeds. once my brother had the "signature" he then had the title change. in the deeds the tick is on the box "full title entitlment" Now what do i do?     i have issue with people thinking i was asking about tax avoidance. loophole is better word. yes pesonally i dont think he should pay. when his wife had to borrow milk from the neighbor for childs tea and local one stop council shop failed to help and took 4 months and refused to back date his support. i feel hes earned it. loophole is the word.

    i ageree with you on principle. he gets tax credits, both the mrs and he works. they get tax credits or something. this is one of lump sum hes going to get. as one poor person to another i want to help him. i am sorry people avoiding millions is all okay under the tax mans nose and yet few lil bucks here and there are all of an issue. i am in agreement with you. i regret asking the question here.

    Well TBH i never thought of it that way. i was thinking similar to what someone suggest 1k at a time or upto 5k or simething. yes when he says he dose not want someone to find out, i am sure he dose not want the tax man finding out. i am sorry. i got enough issues with will fraud.

    hi guys, my friend is getting lump sum money maybe 6 to 9k. He will get it from pakistan. he intends to put the cash into deposit account. he is worried about tax man finding out, his family tax credits etc. what is the safe method of putting money into the account before the tax man hangs her and forgets google, starbucks and microsoft. someone suggested to him, put 1k into the account per week or its safe upto 5k at a time. Called the police got the REF and she said the council will stop there, she fell short that they need to prove i put it there in middle of day on the busy road along with maybe few beds and wardrobes. What shall i do now? i mean to protect myself? all we were going to do was pick the black bags up. into the car, with grass and few wooden pieces from the fense and go to the depot pay £25 and dump it into 3 containers. 1 for paper, 1 for wood and 1 for metals.
