hi guys. my previous issue with newlyn is on a monthly payment plan. this is what they sent me for this years council tax. i have not got any communication form anyone regaeding this. so all of this is out of the blue. i tried to call the number and apprently it is closed until monday. please SEE attachment, is this a court order, aka force entry and take my items or is it one of the fake, aggressive letters they send and give. it was posted. no knock on the door. when you get something like this it is always scary. good news is i will be in a job asap hopefully in few weeks so i can forget the 15 months of hell. thanks 20230902_134649.pdf

no car, it was a rental when i had my pco licence. now i will apply for new one.

enforcement agent had a cam, vest and very aggressive. the letter he gave me has a 24 hour removal notice on it. the letter itself talk about "full payment now required" and your goods maybe removed if you do not make payment. "i have attended today with the intention of "taking control of your goods" etc. i spoke to step change asap. now i got breathing space, i called him. he goes i know all about that, you need to pay. i dont know what to do now. breathing space begins tomorrow

jsut got on breathing space for all my debts. fantastic. thats all i needed.

After the last help i got. i had a payment plan in place for £100. they were supposed to call me or text me day before another £100 to setup a re-ocurrying payment on my card. by mistake i threw away their contact details. i was waiting and no text message from them. this morning mr foster from newlyn bailiffs came and said i have to pay the full amount as i have defaulted on the payment. i told him all i can afford is the £100. he kept insisting and then told me, to call him and gave me his number on a letter. All i can afford is the £100. i showed him my phone and there is no text message from them. please help asap. As hes saying they going to come back and take items from the house.

notice of enforcement date is 18th april pay or arrangement date is 5th of may. what i need is end of may or beginning of june to find funds or set up arrangement. that is all i need. now that my repossession date is cancelled do i inform them of this? how can i buy more time. do i inform them the property is up for sale? i will know by end of may if i can pay them or not.

GREAT NEWS!!!!! Although i was little too ill however i managed to speak with the solicitors and they went back to the bank and the court date has been cancelled. i did have sign of covid anyhow for the last few days i went down under. i got a smile on the face and my body is dead. body is burning and eyes are half closed. cant taste anything. so awesome work guys. my main talking points were. due to the lack of communication i could not get breathing space, contact lawyers, do research, get help and arrange funds. also the wrong post code means i did not have the letters. the agent, solicitor was so nice. now the case is back with the sensitive team, they will contact me. now i got notice of enforcement for council tax. i will go to that forum now.

this is so sick. prior to 19th april i got 0 communication regarding all this. how can this be? i have emailed the solicitors on 19th and they have not responded either. this is becoming a joke. how can they do all this. letter is dated from court on feb 23rd. i get it on 19th april. this means i should of had at least 4 to 6 letters or messages or calls at least? they just taking the micky.

yes i can print out documents. Also shall i not do it online, by logging in, i think i can do it online. do know about breathing space? if so do i just call one of these charities? and its done or is it more complicated. i will contact shelter. i can not write very well, so therefore i prefer to do it on line.

this is what makes me angry. i have 0 letters emails or calls from bank or solicitors regarding this repossession. now i have nothing in ways of income. as for family, i could ask. not sure if they will say yes. i have been told now, the house is up for sale. not sure if the sale is coming in next 20 days. however its up for sale. i am not upset about it, its about time. in may it all happens. licence will come, or funds will come. i need to make a decsion quick. all i want is a delay in hearing right now. funds are there, how long, we gota get in the queue get them cleared and transfered.

i have another thought, i cant think at all right now to be honest. 1. if the court gives them what ever they want which is possession, how long is that? or is it straight away? 2. i can appeal? if so is that expensive and how long is that? 3. if i get the funds at any time until the repression date, i keep the house?

so me getting 0 communication from the bank about solicitors or any contact from solicitors does not account. as i have had zero from them. also i only have now 2 weeks to sort things out. this cant be right. pco taxi licence people are government department. they give no guarantee. i asked them to write something for the bank. they said no. as for funds are not in my account as i am here, funds are in 3rd party account. and if i can get documentation it will not be in English. this can not be right i have been given 2 weeks to enter a defence plea.

ONLY mistake i have made is the following. i sent the email below to 4 of there departments. they have not responded. tlt are the solicitors. let me copy and paste. Dear sir or madam, I am not happy, the reason why I am not happy is that I have received court documents for the hearing on 9th of may, from a letter dated 23 February, this morning. The post code on the letter is wrong and is about 6 miles away. So therefore brainstorming with the bank and stepchange we can only assume it got delivered to the wrong address and then someone posted it. Or it is a late delivery from the royal mail. I am currently in isolation and have some symptoms of Covid I am not sure as they are mild this time. However when the check was done I was positive, I was told. Now issue is. I have zero time to prepare for all this. I am not sure what I have to do, who to talk to and what I need to stop any court action. I am 42 and this is a once a in a life time situation. I lose the house. My life ends. If the only way I can end this is me paying off the arrears then I would need some time to get transferred over from Pakistan. The central bank clearance time frame is 4 to 6 weeks. The money intended for me to buy the car, will now be used to clear the arrears. Also I am due to get my pco taxi licence in by end of may, which will allow me to have an income and pay of my arrears. Either way right now. I cant think straight. Sorry! i did read it, i will need to go somewhere, to debt advisor. all this is going to take time. 9th may is the hearing. from what i read i cant do it solo, it has to be through some debt advisor and on top of that i have to pay the mortgage. who problem is i am not working due to the stupid pco people taking long time to give me my licence. i understand, let me google and see what i can do. right now i cant think straight. i am 42 not 24. if the hosue goes. that is the end for me.

all i want is the date postpooned or forwarded by 30 to 40 days. thats all i want. what do i say to them., when i call them or email them.

Now i understand. i owe them £10k including all the bills. this year i have not been paying and last few months of last year. many things happens but most important was that my taxi license expired so there fore i had no money to pay them. new license takes 4 to 6 months. so i am waiting for that. like i said i need another 30 days from the 9th may hearing. that is all. i will pay of the arrears or have my license by then. if i go the letter even in march i could of prepared and done what was necessary. now i got 2 weeks. nothing i can do. i cant understand why from feb to now there has been no communication. if the bank said thats it we going to lawyers or courts even then i could of explained something to them. maybe made the move on the funds overseas which i was saving to buy my own taxi.

why is no one replying or helping? did the merging of my post screw this up for me? its been 2 days i still got the shakes. why on earth is the letter so late, who pushed it in my mail box at 7am and why the solcitors not been in touch.

Please help. On 19th April I got a letter dated 23 February from the courts saying I have a repossession hearing on the 9th of may. ** THE POST CODE ON THE LETTER IS WRONG. POST CODE IS 8RX AND ON LETTER IT SAYS 8RW. I have had zero communication from the bank, solicitors or courts other then a very late delivered letter. I spoke to the bank, they said we sent you letters and called you. Which is false. I asked the bank to contact the solicitors to sort this out and they said no, speak to them as they are now managing your account. All I want to do is postpone the 9th May date or push it forward by 30 days. In that time either I will have the funds to clear my arrears or have my taxi licence and can pay off arrears on an arrangement. What I need help with is some legal jargen to use with them to persuade them of the above. I need about 30 to 45 days. Biggest shock is why would the letter be so late. And 0 communication from the solicitors. Thank you in advance
