  1. Yes cancel that card NOW! the reason for another account is because they will raid your current one any way they can. And yes it's more than fair these sharks arnt priority mate ok. Hope this helps
  2. if everything goes to plan with Wonga and all payments are made your get a confirmation email confirming the account is settled. I think there the best of a nasty bunch of fleecers. But please beware once completed they give you the option to re-loan which didn't amuse me, I'm trying to sort my finances out and I just dont need the temptation so I emailed them again and requested my account to be completely closed and to not lend me I'm unemployed (not)..which they done. Keep us posted on replies from your other lenders
  3. U can phone the bank and find out who's took what, they can see pending transactions that we cannot, I done that when I first defaulted which helped.

  7. No Wonga should be fine you have contacted them early. I owed them £1340.60 and had a payment plan set up for 6 months as soon as I asked for it, checked my homepage and it was on there. Email the address I gave you and I think your be fine. He may not have started work yet but be patient, giv it till 12, if not come back to me and I'll give you a dozen more adresses for several managers there and we WILL get this sorted for you today ok.
  8. do NOT EVER speak to them on the phone which will Probly start ringing at about 08:30 from PDE, they will just try and bully you out of what you cannot afford, you Probly won't hear much from LS they take a little longer than PDE
  9. Once the card is cancelled prepare emails for PDE and LS explain of change in financial situation and you are requesting payment plans. Send them today if you have time, the earlier the better I think that way you can prove your trying to resolve the situation.
  10. Yes your have to leave PDUK until next month. Plz cancel your card and keep your money safe. Say to them youv left it in a public place, on a bus or sumthin so it's compromised. Don't worry their ok I got a new card 5 times in seven months because of these stupid sharks. It HAS to be done.
  11. Ok I had payday uk, with them on arranging plans they say you need to default first then on the day you arrange a plan with them then. U need to cancel your card NOW. Have PDE or LS taken their payments today?

  13. Hi pickle.. Iv been in a repayment plan with Wonga and successfully completed it. I emailed errol.damelin@Wonga.com, that's the CEO there you should get a speedy response with a good outcome. Who's your other lenders? Maybe I can help you
  14. They don't do emails!! Yes keep emailing them, do NOT EVER phone them. It will take long for you to get through and then they just try and bully you, plus nothing can be proven should the matter go further. Keep emailing PTPD

  18. Checked my credit expert and iv got 1 default (4k CC) registered 3 months ago and that's wizzed it right down to 314. That's cr@p, don't need it anyway!
  19. When you contact txt loan by email about the payment plan request there bank details then, I've read alot through here and they seem to be one of the better lenders to deal with when times get hard.
  20. That's up to you, if you can afford if then yes reduce the balance a little, just contact Wonga before 30th by email to get the payment plan in place. errol.damelin@wonga.com. That the big cheese there. Others will advise on your other lenders. Hope this helps
  21. U should contact them just before u default, that worked for me with Wonga.
