I really wish I had seen this website earlier. I have just purchased a netbook from Willen Trading via Amazon. I have contacted them to cancel the order but I think it has already been processed. So I called my bank to cancel the transaction and they said they can't do anything until it has gone through. Then if the item doesn't turn up or is faulty, they will issue a dispute on my behalf. Don't really want all this hassle though. Next time I will do my research properly instead of being blinded by a cheap deal...
