I would like to thanks everyone who replied to my post and am very pleased to say that I have just received a replacement T.V. from Willen Trading. This was after many e-mails stating MY rights under S.O.G. Act etc. This has caused me a lot of stress over the last 2 months but my persistance has finally paid off This site was recommended to me by a friend and has been a great help. Thank-you to everyone

Hi Lauren, I phone the telephone number for Liquidity Services but it doesn't accept incoming calls!!! I also call a telephone number that was on my paypal transaction to willen trading - just kept ringing. I received an e-mail from them yesterday saying that if i provide transaction info and my address that they would LOOK INTO offering me a replacement. I sent the relevent info to them and to date i have not had reply, i will give them another day to reply. I wait with baited breath:) In my last few e-mails i pointed out to them their obligations under 'SALE OF GOODS ACT (1979 AS AMENDED), Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 & The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and also that in item description on current products for sale via ebay they offer 12 month warranty. I will let you know immediately when I receive their reply:) Keep your fingers crossed. Debs:)

Hi Lauren, Thanks for sharing your experience with me. I found this address on their website & ebay shop earlier this month - Liquidity Services Limited | VAT Number: 821506067 Registration Number: 4843035 | Registration Location: Cardiff, UK Unit 4, Prince Rupert House, Cavalier Court, Bumpers Way, Bumpers Farm, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 6LH This address now seems to have disappeared from ebay & website!! but i had kept this in my e-mails to them. I hope this helps and let me know how you get on. Also if you look at Willen Tradings current items for sale on ebay you will notice that when you click on 'Warranty Info' in item description it states that they offer 12 month warranty!!! Many thanks for taking the time to reply to my post, Good luck, Cheers. PS. Maybe we should contact Trading Standards as rebel11 suggested?

I bought a Goodmans 32" TV via ebay (Willen Trading) in Feb 09, it was sold as boxed graded. I paid via paypal £250. The TV no longer has a picture!! I was unable to access purchase info via ebay as item description is deleted after 6mths so I traced my payment via paypal and contacted Willen Trading via the link on the transaction details. The link was to there website so i explained the problem in an e-mail and got a reply asking if I bought tv via website or e-bay. As I bought TV via ebay i has to contact them through ebay and after many messages to them was shocked to discover the TV was covered for faults for 30 days!!!! On there website they also sell Boxed graded items and offer return to base warranty for 1 year for repair, replace or refund. Also the company name, address, VAT registration etc are exactly the SAME on both ebay and website and when I pointed this out to them in my last msg i never received a reply!! PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME Many Thanks
