Dear sir/ madam, a man came yesterday eve to repossess my car on say so of mobile money, he had no visible SIA badge, no certificate or photo, came in t-shirt and jeans, several of my personal possessions are in the car also, told him I could pay £500 there and then and come to an agreement to pay off the rest, was told no one was available to contact at mobile money, but yet does he not have to hand in keys to the company?, no default was brought to me, and he gave me a warrant of repossession which did not include company address or vat Traiding number, and is addressed as 'dear sirs!'(Iam female!), no mention of my name in letter, just car reg and make, then signed by Geoff Chilton(mobile money ltd), can you please help me urgently so I know where I stand, I did explain to the man a mr Jason proctor that I had been trying to save enough to pay total loan and sometimes ignored legitimately taken, no copy of bill of sale, no proof of I'd in any form from collection agent, and he didn't bring default notice, just a stamped logo letter for warrant of repossession( no address or VAT reg number), didn't even have my name on letter anywhere, I'm going to keep going until these blood sucking idiots are struck off the trading list!!

hi there, i have a similar issue, i took out a loan with mobile money and have struggled to pay anything to them, im trying to sort out my finances now but have had no option but put them on the back of the list, my 3 children, food and general bills must come first, i have had lots of issues with hounding calls etc, i have explained i will do my darnedest to get them their money but the previous issues come first, its been so stressful and upsetting to me especially as my Mum sadly passed away at the age of 57 suddenly, and now have them on phone threatening to take the car i use to check on my dad and get the kids to school 2 miles away!!, can anyone give me advise as i dont think many debt assistance companies deal with secured loans, or am i wrong? please help, i have now lost sleepless nights and about 2 stone in weight just in worry

Anyone had same kind of thing with mobile money? My bill of sale was signed by the person who gave me the cash, got into financial difficulty and they are threatening to take the car, which since my mums sad passing I use to check on my father do I need my car, also tried to offer lower payments so they are getting something, but they arn't interested, I really need help Iam a single mum to three and unemployed but trying my darned to get work!!!!
