Yeah go for it. that money belongs to you and i have a feeling they would give into that little amount straight away. they usually delay for higher amounts, just make sure you send the letters from the templates and i can't see any eason why they would canel the overdraft.

Guys When doing a claim and it comes to this The claimant claims interest under s.69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% a year from 15/7/04 to 7/8/06 of £XXXX and also interest at the same rate up to the date of judgment or earlier payment at a daily rate of (£0.34). would i just put in the interest i would be collecting which is £117 or the total amount which includes the interest. Hi Sorry to bother again. Regarding opening a bank account with someoe else. I tried to go with Nat West who over the phone agreed but then declined when i sent the signed application due to credit check. can i just go for a basic account and do you know of any thanks jason
