what made me swear today...mmmmmmmmmm this is a biggy..getting up to discover that my lovely silver car had been spray painted with black paint.....and all my 4 tyres slashed.........and before anyone asks...no i havent upset up anybody.....lol...i might have to now though.....girrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......

Im sure you could answer us both. ..lol. .but to be honest theres so much conflicting advice on here about.stuff. ..and its hard to make head or tail of it ....thats why i got other advice also.... ....and yes i know some of the points i made arrnt there in full. ....im past caring about it all now.. .its made me be i,ll in the past through stress.... ..so now i look at it like... .its a debt., ,,,,,no debt is worth making yourself i,ll over......

no one witnessed mine... ..the only person who signed mine was the car salesman and the solicitor... .as long as it got legal stamp that seems to me all they care about. ...but like i say get trading standards to check it out.. ...ive found that no matter what anyone tell you... ..you need confirmation face to face...

it should only cost 5 quid...i got a copy a few months ago...enclose a stamped address envelope......

hi there.. ..im not really an expert on this.. ..but there should be a clause about bankruptcy. i mean how are you suppose to pay if you have no money court should decide that one if your going bankrupt.... .....and normally they usually reposses car.. ..has that happened? as you know with the bill of sale they dont need a court order for repo....,, ,my advice would be to go to your local trading standards . ...usually have them in local council offices. they looked over mine there and then and told me that it was legal even though the date didnt match... ...and it doesnt matter if who signed what .. ..i asked about that myself....

how come you think the credit agreement isnt enforceable ?..have they already repossesed car ?

Hi dx Im off work at the moment so going to try and find a library where i can do it....i didnt forget..,asked about ...and no one i know has got a scanner...printers and that but no scanners....girrrrrrr.....i dont know anyone where i live so no one to ask,,,,,although a kind gentlemen on this site offered me a scanner for free but lives to far away sadly.... I know i have things on agreement that im paying for as trading standards looked through it breifly and told me.... I will try my utmost best to get this done... Thank you

O by the way...they did say they would continue phoning because they are a phone based company....but obvioulsy someone can type ..because theyve wrote to me also....

Thank You so much,,, I will copy and write this out,,,ive wrote to them and sent my income and outgoings.....but today some big burley blokes turned up with out prior notice teo reposses car.felt intimidated.....wrote to company 4 months ago to pick it up....but to give me 7 days notice ,,but no......just turned up and spoke so the whole street could hear.....wasnt happy..but they said they would phone me when they arrange to pick it up with van......got to say be glad when its gone....debt still there....but im not the only one with debt.,,.Thank You for the letter....

HI Monx I think it depends on personal choice,,if you are brave enough to have one and feel that its your only option left...then speak to doc and see how you feel then. I have been overweight and i know how it can make you feel both mentally and physically. I saw a picture of myself at my sisters wedding...and was shocked.it was at that point that i decided to change. I wasnt brave enough to consider surgery,,,i joined slimming world....i was 16stone 3.....i ended up at 11stone 4....and have been like that for over 3years....it changed my life .and weight...and i have every confidence in my abilty to maintain this weight...mind you though its now a way of life...i dont think about oo i cant eat this and that...i just get on with it.however...this plan may not be for you, I wish you every luck in the world which ever route you decide to take....take the one thats right for you....not what anyone else wants for you...x
