yes the loan was arranged through a local broker in my area not to sure if they are still in business the insurance was added to my monthly payments

i wrote to swift regarding ppi that had been added to my loan after 2 weeks i got a letter back to say that i would no get a refund as they dont sell directly to the public they say they are not involved with the sale of insurance i still have the agreement documents to which the insurance was added to the loan and my monthly payments included the ppi they say norton finance were the insurer and to write to them but as i say the insurance was payed in with my monthly payments'to swift any advice or help on this matter would be very helpful tam

been a long time since asked for advice there is no better place as have been helped in the past regarding welcome finance can i claim the following acceptance fees healthcare fees medicare fees personal accident plan and if so how far can i go back i still have docs dating back to 1999 as always thanks in advance tam

has anyone successfully claimed back ppi from welcome brokers Norwich union or direct group any advice cheers tam

just about to send a letter to welcome to reclaim ad hoc letter fees etc what time scale do they have to reply and what interest can be added and at what % cheers tam

hi guys wondering if somebody could take a look at the statements that i got from welcome the threat is under welcome nightmare on page 7 dated 16th jan 2011 statement no 2 it shows that on 7-12-2006 £2457-37 was credit should this have been taken of my balance or is there another reason for this.. cheers tam
