Thanks, I'm going to give it a go with writing to them, as I don't buy the argument that each loan is a seperate account as I have an account with the company and the loans they provide are a single line of credit effectively, I'll push it to the obudnman to get a decision as I doubt they will back down initially but I think it is very bad reporting to class them as seperate accounts. My credit rating is improving with me living within my means now and finally finishing my need to use PDUK or any other Payday Loan company is a great feeling which has taken a while. I did have a result with Welcome and the Obudsman recently and they have taken the entire record off my credit report after about 9 months of wrangling so I think its worth a go!!! Hi, I am after some advice about the way PDUK (MEM) are reporting my account on Experian, I have used PDUK for many years, I know it’s bad and in effect I have paid a fortune to them, but thankfully I am finally able to get it all cleared!!! No default no missed payments, but my issue is with how they have reported my account to Experian, every time I have paid up and then taken out another monthly loan they report it as a new account, so if I borrowed £100 and paid it back the following month then 2 months later did the same they would create two new accounts on Experian. My view is that it is all one account and as such should be reported as one account; the large number of accounts is having a significant effect on my credit score. I am planning on writing to them but was hoping someone might have some advice? Thanks in advance M

I am in an ongoing dispute with Alliance and Leicester, with regard to historic bank charges, and am at a point where I am running out of options, I can either further my complaint to the Ombudsman, or apply to the court, neither of which particuarly appeal, however I also feel they are not likely to chase me as they would have to go to court.My plan therefore it to tell them to go away in nnot so many words, what I am trying to work out however is if I can retract my permission for them to report my running of the account to the credit reference agencies, as this is effectively the only power they have over me at the moment.Any help would be much appriciated.ThanksMike
