  1. Hi p10, Before you go to the hassle of going to courts call up the Head office and speak to someone in the escalation team.This will get the ball rolling to get the issue sorted asap. The problem here is the store would be instructed strictly by the manufacturer to get the unit send back to them for repair over normally a period of 28 days which means it normally is totally down to the service department or the manufacturer to get the item written off which would mean to you are entitled to a replacement product. hope it helps
  2. Badger regarding to your issue, the discount applied would have been for the monster essentials. As it shows up on the store figures and essentials are targetted they were never allowed to discount the actual essentials item. Best way to deal with it now is to put this into writing in a polite manor to the Headoffice and explain the situation. The store most probably will be first once to deal with this issue and they normally have 4 hours to respond.If not it goes to the Area Managers level and so on. It is normal procedure for the main items to be discounted instead of any add ons. But this shouldnt really be a big issue as the store should see the problem that this has happened and give you the difference back. Just a polite notice to the headoffice will be enough to get the ball rolling.end of the day £50 is still £50 . Hope this helps
  3. A polite response to the MD will get your problems solved quicker and more efficient.From experience i tell you anger will hardly get any response,only in the rare occasions. When it gets to the MD level it gets escalated through the different ranks.Once there is no response it will reach the highest levels at some point and it will be resolved.
  4. At the point where the item was not functioning properly you should have come up with a fault which can not be checked in store such as unit is loosing signal at various times or so. If the item can be resold you will occur a restocking charge. if the item is faulty you will get the full value back. I understand its to late now,but just a little advice for any further purchases if any. thanks

Skitless6969,if you escalate through the headoffice that this issue has happened it will be passed through the ranks until the Highest possible person in charge gets it sorted.Making sure you stay polite within any letters you send or emails will make sure you get it sorted ASAP. Write it registered postage to the headoffice and you will be taken seriously.
