Hi napoleon_dynamite A true copy shows the correct amount borrowed and the correct interest rate not a make it up as you go along one and also not forgetting a true copy bears your signature therefore anyone can make a reconstituted one up and say you owe them what they want but with no signature its different. regards edwi

Hi all many thanks for your replys but i requested a true copy meaning a genuine due to things not adding up and the mis-selling of ppi to this date they have not released me a true copy so why are they asking for full payment within seven days or threatening legal action when surely the if it went to court the judge would want to see the original true copy and not the reconstituted one that you can add what you want to. Hi coledog yes ive checked the receipt and printed a copy of the proof of signature from the royalmail website and stapelled it with a copy of the letter and the receipt they were posted on friday the 15th and signed for on monday the 18th the cca was to roxburge and the sar was to hfo although roxburghe signed for both of them i have worked dates out for the cca and it should be about the 11th or 12th of may.
