You could just write them a letter and tell them what terms you are willing to settle with - I just know it will work

Well everyone thank you - the last few months have been fun and now I'm off to decide how to spend my returned money

I am in the same position, I am perfectly willing to settle but without such conditions. Yet to hear back from them - maybe they won't get around to it and it will go to court

It is getting v. exciting now - Have got all the info together and just waiting on the court date - is it wrong to actually be looking forward to it?

Still waiting to hear from Lloyds or the court....

Just to let you know I'm in the same situation as well - sent off allocation questionnaire and now just waiting for either a court date or a settlement letter.....

Don't count your chickens until you defo have the judgement. I was in the same situation but Lloyds managed to avoid the default, even though they replied a day late and thus the court rejected the judgement.

Princess - wonder which one of us will hear good (settlement) news first

Well I have sent off the court allocation questionnaire......will update once I hear something from lloyds or the court....
