    This £750 rule seems grossly unfair. Especially as i want to claim £2300 ! Ho wmuch more is it going to cost me to claim this if I cannot use the small claims procedure I have already had my flat "denial of any repayment" from the bank manager and would like to get "legal on his ass" but if I cannot use the small claims court in Scotland is it worth it?
