What a site! Thank you. Having read the FAQ's - yes, good girl that I am, I am about to pursue all of the banks that I have accounts with, and I see that some of our banks (Scottish) are not listed separately eg Clydesdale etc. I see that the FAQs will be updated on Scottish Law. If I come accross any differences in rules etc, I will pass them on. I have just come into the site this evening and have been on for ages. If in the meantime anyone has any tips on anything that may be different please let me know.
