THANKS FOR THAT, WHEN I ASKED THE LOCAL OFFICE FOR A COPY OF MY NEW AGREEMENT THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN MISLAID AND COULDNT FIND IT?, I REPLIED IT MUST BE ON PC BUT APPARENTLY ONLY THE BASIC INFO IE PAYMENTS AND BALANCE ARE THERE DOES THIS MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE?

UNFORTUNATELY THE GILLINGHAM OFFICE IS A COLLECTION OFFICE AND AS OF THIS MORNING IS STGILL OPEN, I KNOW THIS AS I CALLED TO MAKE MY PAYMENT TODAY

please bear with me as unsure where to start i took a car loan out in 2004 all front loaded with the usual ppi, mechanical breakdown extra, that got written off in feb 2006 and left me a shortfall of £940.42 apparently i had missed a couple of payments and the gap insurance didnt cover that in march 2006 i got another car from them the figures are as follows AMOUNT FOR CREDIT £10420.00 AMOUNT OF INSURANCES £3232.75 AMOUNT CREDIT AND GOODS £13652.75 AMOUNT OF CREDIT FOR REFINANCING £940.42 TOTAL MOUNT OF CREDIT £14593.18 48 MONTHS @ £367.27 TOTAL MOUNT FOR GOODS £12587.52 TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE FOR INSURANCES £3905.28 TOATAL AMOUNT PAYABLE FOR REFINANCING £1136.16 TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE £17628.96 APR 10% NO WHERE IS THERE ANY MENTION OF THE £100 DEPOSIT I PAID THEN IN DEC 2006 I REWROTE THE AGREEMENT TO £161.02 OVER 84 MONTHS BUT IM CERTAIN I NEVER RECEIVED A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT AND I DONT REMEMBER THEM REFUNDING THE PPI SO WHAT NOW HAS ANYONE GOT THE SAR LETTER I CAN MODIFY TO SEND OFF TO HEAD OFFICE SO I CAN CHECK THE STATUS OF WHECH PPI I PAID THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND ANY HELP

can someone point me in the right direction for the SAR letter as I never received my forms from welcome dont think they ever received the letter though as the postal order was never cashed apparently i;ve had in total 3 car loans from welcome 1 was a rewrite, trying to claim back ppi but as ive mislaid my original documents from 1st agreement in 2004 not sure how much they stung me for in insurances as the loan was paid off in 2006

hi im 25 months into an 84 month contract after rewriting 2 years ago my car loan im approx 2 months in arrears due to a drop in hours these arent concurrent a case of 1 month last march and again in october, anyway the odious creep at gillingham knows i go in in person to pay cash at the end of the month as i dont trust them with my card details so why does he call me constantly asking when im going to pay and insisting on my card details not that ive given them to him and then to add insult to injury ive found on my statement he is charging me for these calls so instead on 302 in arrears im actually almost 600 in arrears

dont know about anyone else mny original loan was for 4 years but insurances were only 2 years also my branch is open the last saturday of the month

hi sorry to butt in but does anyone know how many missed payments it takes for welscum to pass to their collections dept im not in a position to make this months payment and have over the last 2 years missed 1 other and had a 1 month holiday so in effect i will have missed 3 payments by the end of the month the liitle git down at gillingham office caled my home spoke to my husband without clearing security and was told we couldnt pay this month as a im off work due to severe liver problems and b the water pump has blown on the car and we are going to be paying the garage £500 to fix it therefore we cant pay this month he threatened collection immediately, ive worked in debt collection before for the dreaded vanquis bank so know the preocedures they have to adhere to but im unsure on car loans how many payments missed it takes to click over your account to the collections team any advice please thanks Louise

hi hope someone can help me, i had the feeling something wasnt quite right with my acccount so asked for a statement what i read nearly made me laugh but not quite if the agreement is hp and front loaded they cant add extra interest disguised as credit adjustment or ad hoc can they? in 18 months they have added extra illegal money to my account to the tune of £1572.59 when i went to the office (gillingham) they didnt know what they were and have done nothing about it what i want to know can i put my account into dispute until they sort this out or what should i do i hasten to add i already have my sar and it makes no mention of these charges thanks louise

bugger i thought i had seen the last of the **** at gillingham

like it....at least they will know how difficult and frustrating it is to try and fing a job and i hope they have **** calling them at all hours to get money out of them

i get the feeling gillingham branch has closed because when i called to speak to my account manager an odious little man called donald, i was told everyone in a meeting tried to call back over the next few days and the call is always answered by nottingham

a personal loan is not secured on car only hp ie hire purchase

your complaint with welscum touched a nerve with me as i have a car with them but instead of hp on my letters statements etc it says home improvement loan....local office and head office just state wrong paper in printer!!!! what 10 times i dont think so so im lost as to what to do now ie is the car mine or not btw it shows on finance on the hp search

went into gillingham branch to pick up statement of account ( thats another story pure fiction) anyway branch was full of boxes and could only see 3 people in there
