hi my partner had a call today on My phone saying he had to pay £90 by tomorrow morning or face court.... he asked if he could have a payment plan to pay cash when he was told NO and had to pay by credit card... neiher of us have credit cards which we did tell them Now they are constantley ringing ..we would pay the bill if we had some payment slip to pay with but they are not listenig. I have done a cca letter and also atelephone harrasment letter ready to send tomorow what else can i do??????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
