Hi guys i parked in Ibis Hotel Luton airport waiting for a friend to disembark i was there for approx half an hour sat in car waiting parked well out of the way and not impeding anyone . A week later i get a Parking Charge Notice from Civil Enforcement Ltd of Liverpool asking for £60 With A photograph of vehicle entering the carpark. Can i ignore or do i have to pay ?

Hello folks Dont know much about this subject . I live on a private pansion of approx £3000/year plus carers allowance of approx £2400 as a full time carer to my retired wife. I am 62 years old, & have no other income. Can anyone tell me if i could be eligible for any further monetary help. Thankyou in anticipation. HOWLER:violin:

Hi Everyone Well it couldnt last forever. 2 letters on my doormat today. one from lloyds saying they have assigned my debt to Capquest. The other from Capquest asking me to make contact. I have no idea where they got my new address. They have ways of tracking us down. Oh well here we go again , same old S**T . So it looks like Lloyds have given up because they have no agreement and sold the debt to capquest. Am i right ? What do you think is my next step ?

Hi Peeps A very good friend of mine bought a vehicle (private sale) sold as seen on the 7th february2013. Great buy, no problems very happy with purchase until yesterday. It would seem the previous owner took out a logbook loan in December last for £850.00 . This was not disclosed at the time of sale. The logbook loan company have now traced the vehicle to its new owner and are now demanding she pays the sum of £650 within 21days or they will repossess . Can anyone help in what to do next ? Low and behold the seller is not answering phone or door.

PCredit is £16.51 per week guaranteed credit and we get 100% council tax relief. It would appear that if we lose pension credit we lose council tax relief ? Is this correct ? And what else could I lose or gain ? Thank you so much for your help guys

hi peeps I am finally able to apply for carers allowance regarding my disabled spouse. The problem is, it would seem we would lose the council tax benefit and the Pension Credit. Do you know of any other pros or cons we should look out for ? My wife is of pension age and receives DLA.I have a small private pension of approx. £300/month this is our total income. I had to give up work when my wife became ill. Is it worth applying for or not ? Regards Howler

Hi Folks Me again, not been here in a while . let me fill you in ,,,, thanks to all your help my debtors have all backed off , i havnt heared from anyone for quite a while now, but then again i have been a little busy. Moved house leaving me no mortgage everything now in my wifes name , tho i know that dont mean jack. Wife got cancer and over last 12 months beat it, shes hard !!!! Debtors havnt caught up with me yet , and no i am not informing them of change of addy , ,, let em find me . haha. I do hope you and yours are all ok and well ... one thing i have learned over the last 12 months debt dont mean nothing .... keep well all and take good care of u and yours. Godbless.
