  4. sorry bit dumb here whats a CCA request. I sent a copy to them and the court and did it recorded delivery as well so on Monday I ring the courts and ask for the form to strike out their action. So I do that and then there will be a hearing ? Does this mean I will have to appear in court never done that ever not been in a court except to drop of papers :o
  5. well the deadline has hit so what do I do they have not provided me with info or the origional aggreement so what do I do now?
  6. I did send the letter recorded and the first letter was a court claim. This letter acknowledged the claim in court there was no heading on the letter. We have recieved notice from the county court that legal proceedings were issued on 5/01/2007 ( different date 2 me ) You should recieve a claim form which details out claim against you. The response pack blah blah You now need to contact us us to arrange repayment of your debt. Our client would be prepared to arrange monthly or lump sum blah blah. Unless we hear from you by return we shall apply to the court for a ccj against you with a view of proceeding with immediate enforcement action. You should call us immediately on below number. Thats what letter said HELP
  7. Well now I have recieved a letter from their solicitors. it basically is telling me that I need to contact them to arrange repayment either by a lump sum or by a monthly figure. Also this bit concerns me Unless we hear from you by return, we shall apply to the court for a County Court Judgement against you with a view of proceeding with immediate enforcement action. then there is a number to call them on what do I do? I aknowledged with the court and I sent them the letter do I now send it to Hamptons ( solicitors ) or do I contact the court because I feel kinda bullied here. :x
  8. Well i posted my letter on monday to them and not heard anything and it was sent recorded so if in roughly 2 more weeks nothing I just apply to the court for them to ... basically tell them they cant chase the debt ? is that right.
  9. So this means that I dont contact them regarding the processing of my data just the first letter then requesting info for them ok.
  10. Also do I inform the court they are not registered? Ive never done this before so am a bit thick at this.
  11. thanks all so I acknowledge the papers and when I send them the letter I also include the bit about them having my data illegally?
  12. I have just recieved a claim from the court from these and i dont know what to do . I asked them prior to christmas to send me a copy of the credit agreement which they did not do it was emailed to them on the 7th of december now this what do I do?
  13. hi it might stop a lot of the hassels but I would ask them why they want your address for the last 3 moves a bit odd but ask away and also tell escot to put account on hold as is in dispute this should stop the dca people. hope this helps. also tell your parents to just keep the letters until you get back or invest in a post office box in oz that they can send them to you and inform the relevant people at dca mbna and wescot then your parents wont have the letters coming to them. Or ask them to correspond to you via fax at all times.
  14. hi just bear in mind that normally the courts work around 5 days behind or they do in mine. All these people starting to get their fees bak ( hee hee ) From what Ive read on here the mcol tend to be processed quicker but then they can complain not enough information on it.
  15. hi since you changed the sar not sure if you will have to restart the 40 days might have to just for the look of things in case you end up going to court. Cos it might look to the court as though you have not given them enough time.
  16. hi what you could do is ask them to send statements for all the account numbers that they have for you that way they wont miss any out.
  17. good on you. until you enter court papers you can keep adding any extra charges.
  18. cool so thats where I was must remember that and not think I was suuposed to be feeding the masses. Now where did I put that mop for this pool of water. I wonder where it came from????? lol
  19. ahh we were good we tidyed up well a bit anyway got a bit of drool on the furniture whilst we were thinking of thooooose hunky strapping leggy rugby players mmmmmmmmn ....................................... oh sorry where was I ?
  20. why if they REAL men surely they understand sport far better than us females I mean its their domain is it not that we enter at their behest ? we have to take our pleasure somewhere surely ?
  21. u know in this end of the forum it is verrrrrry cold and isolated. We never get any visits friendly or otherwise we are the poor cousins its also draughty cold cos they dont pay the elecy bill either

  23. true an old one of mine was into rugby so we used to watch it together. He tried very hard to explain all the rules. I liked watching it never did get a hang on the rules but the legs were nice
  24. If its just the sumbols surely they would be able to understand if you left them out ? Well maybe not it is the banks we are talking about. lol but you could try that or just post it again or if you can get a fax number to send it to that might help or can you scan it in via word and try resending it that way instead of sending them the excel spreadsheet ? dunno if these will work good luck
