Hi i have an outstanding balance of 600 pounds with the above company and i was looking for some advice about late fees or non payment fees. my orginal debt was proberbly about 200 pounds and the rest has been added on with late payment fees and non payment fees and letter charges etc. Now what i was wondering was do i pay the full amount of 600 pounds or do i pay the original 200 pound i owed as i am not sure if the charges are allowed or not also is it worth me sending a cca request and help is much appreciated also the account is being handled by reliable collections in which i believe is a in house collection (correct me if i am wrong) Any way all help and advice greatly appreciated.

Hi suzie Thanks for the advice i am getting really fed up with them my account manager rings me about 8 or nine times in a row before with-holding his number i thought any legit company would at least ring once from the office phone and if no answer try again later or leave a message oh no not welcome they ring and ring and ring from there mobile which is proberbly there personal phone and then send me threaterning texts like i described originally. i am very tempted to publish this muppets mobile number but thats not going to get me anywhere. ok now had 3 automated calls in a row from welcome finance from the number 012345678 getting really really fed up with this now. someone please help any advice is greatly appreciated many thanks Mightyroyals

Hi i am new here so please dont rip into me. I have got a loan with Welcome finance and have got behind on the payments. now the problem i have is that i keep getting called by my accounts manager from there mobile phone and keep getting texts saying that if i dont call him he is sending a rep round and will charge me £25 for them sending a rep round. If i dont answer his calls he then with-holds his number and rings me like that. What i want to know is can they do this the texting ringing from a mobile number and is this all above board. Any help is much appreciated as i am at my wits end with these cowboys.
