Hi Again My partner when into Abbey will a letter requesting a chargeback and they said it doesn't apply on a visa debit card but does on a visa credit card, is this right.....how annoying. Andrea:mad:

Hi Me and my partner paid £3,000 by abbey debit card for a kitchen that was incomplete and damaged, not only do we not have a kitchen we have written, emailed and phoned the kitchen company In The Box Kitchens but have had no reply. other than take them to the small claims court is there any other way we can get our money back as we paid by debit card or is that a not a chance avenue........
