oh great thanks very much, what happened was i followed the letters on this site and explained that i had been paying for PPI which i did not realise i had and at the time they should of known this from my circumstances at work, they have now defended the claim saying that it can not be proved what i was saying ,and that on every charge i must put it to strict proof i will get the exact wording the document is at home and then write more thanks.

hi everyone i am new to this, i have just got the statements for me and my hubbys accounts and he ahd a charge on first direct about 4 years ago and some charges on his bcard are we able to claim these back??
