    My opinion is it won't make no difference to your claim but having said that, admin might consider your wishes.

    Y, but it wasn't showing and that's why I assumed it was a block by BG, but it could have been a computer glitch, anyway I gave up for now as it was the weekend and such issues with technology frustrate me. The interesting thing is I was able to pay a nominal sum of two pounds direct to there account number but when I thought the standing order had been set up via online banking, I never received any confirmation.

    Tried setting up standing order, went through automated telephone confirmation, however in reality it doesn't seem to have been set up, and I am wondering that as much as your bank might allow you to set it up, British gas doesn't, any ideas any one.

    So you can pay by bank transfer which with your bank you could set up by standing order anyway ?.

    British gas have informed me that they no longer do standing orders to make payments, has any one else had this told to them ?.

    I have been looking at process servers for the purposes of serving court papers, what should I be looking at to protect myself from s.cams and the like when trying to buy these type of services ?.

    Forgot that this was the follow up thread, latest is N39 order issued and now it needs to be personally served.

    What are the difficulties involved, could I not just ask the court or would I need a separate claim ?.

    Does anyone know that if I pay for a process server, would I be able to claim back off the defendant ?.

    If I serve the N39 my self, what do I need to say to the defendant if any thing and what happens if he doesn't take the N39 ?.

    Will the defendant know in advance that the N39 is to be served so thus try to a avoid, If I personally try to serve the N39, how would I do that and do I need a witness ?. Many thanks.

    I have now received a court date as I had applied for an order for the debtor to attend questioning and I understand I need to send one copy N39 to the defendant and would he have already been sent a letter saying this will happen ?.

    Does a UK passport holder need at least six months left on there passport in order to travel ?.

    Does it matter if any part payment is made as a deposit or paid as a remainder and does any part of that payment made on a credit card need to be for at least £100.00 in order to have that protection.

    Will paying just a part payment for a holiday on a credit card give you protection for the total amount ?.

    I have had so many investigations but none have every been concluded, surely this is harassment.

    Latest letter is 'we're giving you 10 days to get correctly licensed'.

    Number comes up from Aldershot, also have just had one call showing up as coming from Barnsley, looks like land line numbers.

    Had a couple of numbers ringing me up but I don't answer as I do not recognise who they are from, could be a [problem], I mean they could leave a message but never do

    Like him or not, he finally got to the white house..
