Y, but it wasn't showing and that's why I assumed it was a block by BG, but it could have been a computer glitch, anyway I gave up for now as it was the weekend and such issues with technology frustrate me. The interesting thing is I was able to pay a nominal sum of two pounds direct to there account number but when I thought the standing order had been set up via online banking, I never received any confirmation. -

Tried setting up standing order, went through automated telephone confirmation, however in reality it doesn't seem to have been set up, and I am wondering that as much as your bank might allow you to set it up, British gas doesn't, any ideas any one. -

So you can pay by bank transfer which with your bank you could set up by standing order anyway ?. -
British gas have informed me that they no longer do standing orders to make payments, has any one else had this told to them ?.

I have been looking at process servers for the purposes of serving court papers, what should I be looking at to protect myself from s.cams and the like when trying to buy these type of services ?.

If I serve the N39 my self, what do I need to say to the defendant if any thing and what happens if he doesn't take the N39 ?.

I have now received a court date as I had applied for an order for the debtor to attend questioning and I understand I need to send one copy N39 to the defendant and would he have already been sent a letter saying this will happen ?.

Number comes up from Aldershot, also have just had one call showing up as coming from Barnsley, looks like land line numbers. -
Had a couple of numbers ringing me up but I don't answer as I do not recognise who they are from, could be a [problem], I mean they could leave a message but never do
