  1. Hi everyone I need some advice as im very confused with reclaiming bank charges under financial hardship. I have been charged almost £3,000 in three and a half years. I have wrote to HSBC claiming financial hardship (template), I recieved a letter back stating the refund of charges will remain on hold untill the court case is over. However they want me to ring an 0845 number to discuss my income/outgoings to review my financial circumstances to see if they can alleviate any financial problems. Is this right? Also ive since stopped using the account as they refused to give me my child benefit. Thanks in advance

  3. Hi 4 weeks ago my husband bought a car out of a garage. He filled in the logbook and the owner of the garage said he would send it away. Husband gt it insured. 4 weeks after purchase still no new logbook. Came home 2day to find car gone. Reported it2 police as stolen, who then informed us its STILL not registered as my husbands. We then asked the neighbours. They'd seen a baliff clamp car and put a notice on it. And a few hours later towed it. We dont know what company or anything. We have no outstanding depts and recieved no post. Does anyone have any advice

  5. Hi a few weeks ago i made a claim for a refund of bank charges of over £2,000 incurred in last 3 years. I got a long and confusing reply from Hsbc basicly saying there not going to refund as the case is still being looked at by the court. On top of that theyve charged me £94 in charges this month which meant my council tax bounced im constantly playing catch up is there anything i can do to stop this happening? Does anyone know when there will be a decision in court??
