A major local authority does not have a written contract or a service level agreement with its bailiff company collecting road traffic debts. However this throws up several questions. The person involved has a signed seizure notice from the bailiff company. However the council are denying that have ever contracted to this particular bailiff company. You decide. However questions are currently being raised.

You could in theory issue a small claim against them for anything. As they take so long in reply then you would be in for a very good chance of getting a judgement against them. Just a idea !!!! -

Chargeback is where the bank will refund your money back to your account. This happens in cases of where money has been taken without your permission.

How to remove the stays ?

Just a question ? Why not do a chargeback as it seems that whoever took the money took it without authorisation and also under false pretences ?

You need to send the attached form to the court who will issue you with a cert of satisfaction. Also enclose a copy of aktiv letter with it as proof.
