Dont know if this will help, but i contested this and managed to get every charged removed that had a payment made within a couple of days of the charge date. It reduced mine from just over £700 to £324. I am just waiting for the log book now, which they said should be here within a few days.

Being a pain now and not sure if this is the right section, but i cant get it to work as i dont have excel ive just got the microsoft spreadsheet can anyone help please. Thank you

Hi No all i have done so far is ask for the information where they can charge you 10pound. Where do i go from that then, as i say i only have 2 statemnets missing so i am willing to leave a couple of charges if thats possible. Thanks Stef

40 days, jeez its only been 20. I know its around 1400 give or take 39.00 only got 2 statements missing, do i now have to wait this 40 days because i have sent the letter or can i continue with the claim Thanks

From my statements it was 1398 (sorry my pound sign key isnt working)(will double check figures though) i have sent the letter for them to provide me with the information as i do have 4/5 statements missing.
