Hello to you all, this is my first time on here so be gentle!
I see that I'm not the only one that has had dealings with HFO. My husband had a card saying that a parcel was waiting to be collected and to phone the number on the card. He phoned the number and since then we have been swamped by calls from India on a mobile number. The chap on the other end gets really ratty with you when you say that your contacting Trading Standards, to a point he accused my husband of being a racialist. This goes to show you how low these people will go.
My husbands grandfather is Indian, so that shut him up!
What if we changed our phone number, would the phone calls stop?
All this because we was missold a phone which was handed back, and I have a reciept from the mobile phone salesman agreeing to my terms. The salesman was told that the phones would be used in France, he garanteed us that the phones had European roaming, as we have a house in France, so we could both keep in touch, my husband and I. The phones did not work in France, so we took them back, not fit for the purpose of. The phones were on the '3' provider, the salesman contacted '3' and '3' said that they wouldn't connect us, as we had bad credit????? If we had bad credit, why give us the phone in the first place???
This was about 3/4 years ago.
We have now had a letter telling us to pay up or we will be taken to court or they will send someone round to collect goods. They cannot take goods without a court order, bring it on!
