I'm new here and find the advice really useful, however there is one point I would like advice on. My car is leased so the registered keeper is the Lease Company, I travel alot in the course of my business and the chances of picking up a parking penalty from a PPC are fairly high. If I do the Lease Company would receive the charge notice and are unlikely to fight it as the members of this forum would, i assume they would simply name me as the driver. Anybody else been in this situation and had a parking penalty, if so how did you deal with it.
