  2. Freebird I am so pleased for you! well done. Hope the pizzas tasted finer than any other. Enjoy that holiday...and Christmas too Saj x
  3. CONGRATULATIONS GARY!! Fantastic news. Enjoy it. Saj x
  4. Jadest, how's it going? Saj x
  5. Great news Stevo...good luck in round 2! Saj x
  6. Freebird, hang on in there...Just a thought...Do you have a fax number they could fax you on? If so, they seem to be prepared to fax over copies of letters that "take their time"... You can suggest to them that they fax a copy of anything they send. When I was waiting for a letter, the post took 15 days and I had the fax 8 days before I had the letter! .... Thinking of you Saj x
  7. Jadest...any news...did you speak to the bank re stopping hassling you? Saj x
  8. Hi Catherine, you're welcome to copy any of my letters, but feel a little concerned about the use of the word "recommended". If you have a look at my post #74 on my thread, you will see the bank are under no obligation to refund charges made since claim when settling this claim. If they don't you'll have to start a new claim after this one's done and dusted. They settled all I'd asked for, the recent charges and a bit more so goodness knows how they do their sums... Good luck with your claim Saj x
  9. Jadest you poor thing...what a hassle. But..possibly a good thiung they have moved the account to collections. Next time they call you, just state that the account is in dispute and you are not prepared to talk to them about it until the case is settled by court or negotiation. Tell them you will put this in writing and add that you require them to stop hounding you. Keep strong...can't be long now saj x
  10. Thanks Cat. Have to say, there's a bit of a weight of my mind! Keeping fingers crossed for everyone else now! Saj x
  11. Hold on in there Jadest...can't be long now. I'll keep an eye on how you're doing Saj x
  12. Congratulations Weststreet!!! A long old slog by the looks of it but worth it eh? Enjoy! Saj x
  13. ooooh....making that donation felt so gooooooooooooooooood!!!! x
  14. Hi Robert. I imagine it will be all done and dusted before court as usual, however you should be prepared with documents etc. Did you call as suggested in reload's post #12 on your thread? That is certainly what kickstarted my claim which was settled unconditionally in full last week. Le us know what they say Saj x
  15. Thanks for your post on my thread Steve! Keeping fingers and toes crossed for this week....something MUST happen!! Let us know soon as you hear anything...worth checking your bank account though...I just logged on to make sure I had enough money for the kids school dinners on Friday, and there it was, just sitting there, smiling at me, "SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM". It had been there since Thurday and I hadn't even noticed! Suffice it to say I haven't had any letters or supporting documentation from SCM or Lloyds. Blimey, they're so crap! Saj x
