  1. wow - this threads an eye opener...after owning the old scenic diesel for 10 yrs with only a wheel bearing going i thought id upgrade to the mk2 1.9 dci...i got one with a full dealer service history and only 70,000 miles - not even run in yet for a renault diesel so i thought! yep - turbo blew within 2000 miles, 800 quid to replace then within another few hundred miles it started drinking oil now the new turbos gone again . ill never buy a renault ever again. i would reccomend the old mk1 scenics to anyone but the mk2 is some kind of bad joke surley. im getting a peugeot saturday and was telling the dealer about the scenic, its a well known fault apparently and they wouldnt touch them px....how can renault get away with this?
  2. yes mate cancel, ive just had the flurry of 'baliffs coming',taking you to court','last chance' letters etc, etc, ive just had the 'we will accept reduced payment one' LOL. just keep checking back here when you get your letters for moral support.
  3. ahhh, sorted didnt have to sift back too far LOL. seems theyre getting quicker between letters. i cant believe i ever got doubts. haha.
  4. hello again, just thought id check in for a bit of a look, last ukpc fine went away, this time its gone to debt recoveryplus very quickly (they prob recognised the address lol). im getting regular letters off drp now, is the advice still the same - bin! i know it is but its nice to have the reassurance! todays was 'notice of intended litigation' theres still no mention of 'offence' on any letters. without trawling back trrough the hunded plus pages was debt recovery plus another branch of ukpc if i remember right or has it changed? ps. this time i just completley ignored all letters from day 1 from ukpc, last time i had the usual letter war. thanks caz
  5. im not corresponding with anyone anymore, 3rd ukpc letter of this times 'fine' just went way of the bin. i have to laugh at the lack of the word 'offence' in any letters from them,as someone on here kindly pointed out. todays letter was a bit snotty which cheered me up.
  6. after all the fun ive had with UKPC - what did the mrs get in the post this morning ???? here we go again...
  7. with ukpc the general opinion is to file their letter under BIN. youll have lots of fun yet though...youll get a nice set of letters. they cant win though , so youve just got to keep your nerve even though theyll make a few empty threats.
  8. yes same letter today... hope they sent loads out... thatll be 80p for the 2 letters itll have cost them. these firms are a joke, UKPC is a total joke.
  9. thanks mate! it caught me offguard that one haha. of all the things i was expecting to get in the post today that wasnt one of them. i should thank them for brightning up an otherwise rainy day. thanks again caz
  10. TAKE FORMAL NOTICE: £115.24 debt due to UK parking control ltd. i am disappointed to note the above amount remains outstanding despite previous applications for payment. unless i recieve by close of business on 11th february 2010,the outstanding balance or your reasonable proposals for discharging the debt over a short period.i shall have no alternative but to take legal action which may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future. yours faithfully illedgible scribble ccs enforcement services. what do you make of that mate? bin again? the last hunter forest bailiff threat went in the bin...but 2 years? you think itd have passed eh?
  11. i ignored pcuk bout 2 year ago for a false offence they made up...leaving b&q carpark on foot or something.i got a nice pic of my car parked properly!!! today about 2 YEARS later... i get a letter from ccs enforcement telling me to pay 115 by the 11th or there will be 'no alternative to legal action'. obv im not going to pay but whats the story with this ccs? any info appreciated? i cant believe ive got this 2 years later. i sent pcuk templates off this site before a cease and desist if i remember rightly, then got the old hunter and forrest or whatever it was.then it all stopped.
  12. ive not been contacted for well over 6 weeks now i think, maybe more. was 45,90,115,baliffs coming etc etc etc...then 45 again 'as a goodwill gesture' if you pay in a week. theyve gone away,it just shows everything on heres true. cheers everyone.
