Hi, I am new to this forum and would welcome any advice in regard to claiming back Bank Charges and PPI. I have just sent off letters to GE Capital, LLoyds TSB, Alliance & Leicester, MBNA and NatWest Access to request they send me details of all Loan Account Details, Bank Charges, PPI payments, Late Payment Charges etc. over the past 6 years. I am not expecting any re-claiming to be an easy process. I hope there will be someone out there who can give me some good advice as I am sure I will need it in the future. I have had a read through the forum and there is a lot of information to take in. I am sure in the near future I will be needing advice and I would be grateful if anyone who has had dealing with these banks could help me out when the time comes. Thank you in anticipation of any helpful advice.
