Hello and good morning. I have just aquired my experian credit report about 4 weeks ago And on there is orange mobile contract I now experian has wrote to orange 3 weeks ago and they replied back saying the details are true But they are not true The point i am making orange does not have the right to keep your information if you are not a customer of theres My advice is get on to the information commissioners office about this Thats what i am going to do NOW:(

Hello forum buddies this mackenzie hall and other similar ones Heres what my wife and i did is tell them to send proof wait 6/8 weeks if thats no good get on to trading standards in kilmornock ask for mr stewart he said to my wife we have a large number of complaints regarding this and he random makes visits to them its now been 2 years without abusive phone calls photocopy pieces of letters through the post please let us know how you get on:mad:

Hello to all having problems with those EDIT at yes loans I like say myself and my wife made a loan enquiry to them because we were struggling to make ends meet as i lost my job in nov07 the women i spoke to took our details when i said this was just a enquiry she your details are safe and share them with anyone else now about a week later she called us my wife said we changed our minds and details deleted and now the nasty bit in late feb08 we had someone call us asking to speak to my wife as she is from sri lanka this person got racial and abusive with her it happened from 1 30am to 2am with a witheld number 10 times it rang i got checked out with B.T. and the police they told us it was a employee of yes loans who used his mobile to call us the police are calling trace on our phones and many more loan companies call us and still today no letter appology from them and my wife is scared this creep still works there i was told MY ADVICE IS TO THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE TAKEN A LOAN OUT WITH THESE EDIT

Good morning to all still having problems with mackenzie hall aka meritforce as i told you people we cleared are debt up 7 years ago with lloyds tsb through visa card services if these edit like to pfish let them they only make threats like call up or send unheaded letters to consumers just ignore them down or what i do is speak german to them.

Thanks andrew for replying to my comment to me they are cross handed misfits and powerless a two bob outfit trying to make money out of old debts me and the wife debt is 7 years old and paid off through the bank when they call i speak german to them.

To. 42man as i said are debt is 7 years old next week these so called EDIT are pfishing and relying on peoples stupidity me and my wife have cleared are debt we just laugh at them when they call us if ever they come to my front door they are in for a surprise instore end.

Hi jeff i have contacted trading standards in kilmarnock mr stewart he says we have several complaints about mackenzie hall and merit force his advice is if you do not have a referance number ignore it and do not answer them when they telephone you if you have caller display are debt is 7 years old next week we do not owe any monies to anyone these (edit)are **** and phishing and B.T are keeping a track of all abusive calls made to us when my wife answers and GOOD LUCK.

Hi. everyone a correction in my letter i posted on the 5th of may 2008 i was to say as my debt was nearly 7 years old next month i have shreadded all letters relating to visa card services and i said to my wife we will not get another credit card and the trading stadards have investigated merit force for us and turns out to be a two bob outfit the officer said to me they have nothing on us they are pfishing and making telephone calls and sending unheaded letters to people saying they want money if people are silly to put up with this and pay i know for sure will not paying these EDIT as are debt was cleared and paid in full 7 years next month.

Hello to all you people having problems with meritforce first of all they are a bunch of EDIT who makes threats by letter or telephone my expeirence with them was about 2 months ago they sent me a letter on non headed paper saying mackenzie hall passed your debt to us regarding your credit card debt of 1200 pounds which i know i paid of my credit card debt 6 years ago and said i will never have one of those again anyway about meritforce and mackenzie hall i have told by a source of information they get you details from experian and also dun and bradsheet i also contacted kilmornock trading stadards they say we are aware of the problem and are well known to us and i was advised to shread the letters this debt of mine was made up by them which they pfish and make ones life a misery.

Hello to you all still having problems with mackenzie hall yesterdays post came you guest it another letter from those EDIT saying please pay the full amount within 7 days of this letter i have been advised to keep all letters by the financial ombudsman they tell me since i made a complaint mackenzie hall has 8 weeks to comply and provide edvidence about my case to me the letter i got looks like [problem] but i will keep you lot informed throughout this 8 weeks.
